Galvanised, 2-strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2.0 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) including taking down existing rusted/damaged barbed wire, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome/ red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, as in cills, steps; plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and in hold fasts or filling in hollow of steel frame, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 50mm thick, as in plinth protection and providing the joints throughout the thickness, filled with mastic filling comprising bitumen 85/25 grade and sand mixture 1:3 by weight, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
Preparation of old/ decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0mtrs mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
All as per Srl item No -17 but except bricks, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, on edges wall on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Flush pointing to brick walls, in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Preparation of old/ decorated, un-decorated, plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls etc including complete removal of existing treatment and applying one coat of exterior emulsion (Apex paint), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Preparation of new, un-decorated, plastered surfaces of walls applying two coats of exterior emulsion (Apex paint) over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix in surface channels and drains, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Precast reinforced cement concrete M-20(1:1.5:3), type A-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs and similar articles with plain faces as specified in clause No- 4.11.16 of SSR Part-I (2009), set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 12,875.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
