| 1.01(a) Surface Finishing : Surface board Mapel Wood sports Flooring finishing with 21mm thick, 53 to 90 mm wide and in random length in tongue and groove shape. The edges of the boards should have finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove. (b) Substructure : The under frame made of pine wood runners of 70mmx45mm, treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 10/19mm thick air cushioned pads, stapled through the two wings at 300mx300mm. Installation - IPS subfloor treated with a vapour barrier to be placed on the leveled IPS sub floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air cushion pads to be placed on the vapour barrier in perfect level at 350mm in 1 direction. (c) Vapour Barrier : Vapour barrier between the concrete and wooden floor comprising of 0.20mm thick or 600 microne polyethylene membrane installed over the existing levelled concrete/PCC base beneth the flooring system. (d) Marking : Game line marked in specified colours using polyurethane enamel paints and to the WSF standards accordance with manufacturers specification and as directed. (e) Flooring : The flooring shall be of make approved by FIBA (Federation International Basketball Association), BWF (Badminton World Federation) and WSF (World Squash Federation). (f) Surface Finishing : The surface board to be screwed to the runner through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of adjoining board. Ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. an expansion of 12 to 15 mm to be left open between the wooden flooring the the surrounding tiled area / walls. Finishing - After installation the floor will be machine sanded in uniform level with lacquer finish using water based imported bona Tec, Non-skid polyurethane lacquer of approved make. M&L for preparing the plaster surface using one coat of surafce binder of approved make (like Duralex) to strengthen the surface, applying three coats of water based squash court paint WB 147 to wall, colour white or as approved over surface on walls, ceiling of squash court over a coat of primer using roller or airless spray, paint should be tough, durable and scuff resistant. Recoating time between two coats shall be between 4 to 6 hrs complete all as specified and directed. Make : Coo-Var/Duralex/DWP.

M&L for preparation of external old decorative surfaces of walls and applying two coat of weather shield/weather proof Acrylic exterior emulsion paint by skilled labour and applying one coat of water based/water proof exterior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. Note : Exterior emulsion paint to be done by roller. (Colour and shade as per new colour scheme approved by GE)
M & L for complete removal existing treatment of old decorative interior surface of walls (i.e. white wash, colour wash, cement base paint, synthetic enamel paint etc.) and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete including filling cracks with wall care putty wherever necessary complete all as specified & directed.
