Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of Three phase submersible pumping units and allied works for installation in various wells of following specifications: Pump:- Dia of well casing = 125 mm Discharge of the pump = 210-230 LPM Dynamic Head Range = 50-60 Speed = 2850 RPM Mat. of the impeller = Noyrl/cast steel Efficiency = Not less than 45% Shaft Material = Stainless Steel Fluid to be handled = Clear Water Make: KSB, Kirlosker, HM Motor:- Rating = Corresponding to above Head and Discharge not less then 4 HP Frequency = 50 Hz Working Voltage = 415 Volts - 15% + 6% Efficiency = Not less than 45% The Job also includes: 1. Fabrication, Providing & Fitting of suitable dia GI nipple cum reducer as per outlet of above submersible pump duly threaded up to suitable length and toher end for membering with column pipe as per site requirement. 2. Fab of mild steel crate belt around the pump motor including all allied works at site. 3. Providing & Fitting of 50 mm dia long elbow duly threaded and socketed at top of well casing.

Fabrication, providing & fitting of 50 mm Dia. medium class socketed GI column pipe pieces. The job includes the cost of cutting/threading of each column on both ends. Each length of column pipe is 2 or 3 Meter long as per site requirement. The job also includes providing, fitting and testing after lowering each GI socket at each joint under 10 feet length up to ground level. Pipe material shall be with all BIS codes. Providing & fitting of 8 mm sq. multi stranded steel wire to be fastened with well cap up to pumping unit in well to avoid detachment of pumping unit in case of failure of threaded joint.

Providing and fitting of 12 No. D-clips for holding / gripping / fastening of above steel wire. (to be installed in Two no wells)

Fabrication, providing & fitting of 125 mm dia. MS / GI well cap. The job includes flushing of 50 mm dia. Hole in the center of cap for column pipe.

Supply, transportation, laying and stringing of overhead 0.05 ACSR conductor X 5 mtrs through insulators including binding and twisting with soft Aluminium wire both sides of insulators complete in all respects as per REC standards.

Providing, installation, fitting & testing of 04 pole, rated current 25 Amps, 415 Volt, 50 KA breaking capacity Moulded Case circuit breaker with thermal setting knob shall be provided and tested for longer life with downstream cable for feeders. The switch should be able to withstand interruptions up to 415 Volts with adjustable setting of time gap, including providing oif terminals to the cable and testing on full load. Make L&T or equivalent.

Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of three phase fully Automatic Star Delta Strater Pump controller in sheet stell enclosure/switch gear protection panel for submersible pumping unit having following accessories to be fitted: 1. MCB — 16 Ampere 3 pole 2. AC Power contactor — 380 --- 415 V — 18 A 3. Over load relay — 6 – 9 A as required 4. Meters with CT coils — VAF MFM 5. Single phase preventer 6. Indicators — 3 Nos 7. Terminal block/connector — as required 8. Push button — 2 Nos 9. Including necessary interconnections, thimbles etc. as required and is to be fitted on the wall with nut bolts.

Design, Supply, installation and Testing of 7 KVA, Three phase voltage stabilizer with following salient feature: Voltage Range…… (120–150 N–P Input Voltage — 220 N–P Output Voltage) copper wound with adequate insulation, core is of cold rolled high silicon steel laminations held together by steel clamps. Its material should have minimum core losses but maximum strength, hysteresis losses are minimum and temperature not to exceed 70 degree centigrade, regulator to be of Bakelite sheet plate type with copper contacts with 5 boosting steps capable to withstand double the rated current for a considerable period of time. The container be of M.S. sheet strong enough to hold the entire weight and shall accommodate complete core, windings, regulator and T-oil which shall be filled up to required level, 07 no of brass poles be fitted at the top for input, output and neutral. The top of the tank shall have a display panel fitted with voltmeters 0–500V — 02 no for input & output. Steel wheels be fitted to the bottom for easy positioning on floor.

Earth work excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and having not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed.

Cost-in-situ Providing and laying (1:3:6) grade cement concrete 20 mm nominal stone aggregate including carriage of material up to site as per requirement complete including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing the surface smooth. 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Fabrication, Providing, Erection and Fitting of steel structure shed out of different steel sections as per site requirement. Fabrication of above steel structure includes erection of structure, bottoming to repair posts, including MS bottom plates, diagonals, crosses etc as per site requirement and on the directions of DDC concerned. The job includes fabrication of doors with providing and fitting of heavy duty MS locks, complete as required at site. Steel to be used in all sort of site by shifting of material, oxyacetylene gas plant, welding rods etc shall be arranged as per requirement, the work shall be carried with highly skilled welder. (Quantity of steel may vary at the time of execution)

Providing and fixing of SMP coated sheets of Blue colour comprising 0.50 mm thick (26 SWG) class 3 sheets fixed to the above structure as covering including door area with hooks, GI limpet and bitimunous washers, nuts or Nails etc. (Quantity of steel may vary at time of execution)

Providing and applying of Painting as per departmental Colour coding prevalent with primary coat of red oxide to above steel structure and followed by paint.
