Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas ( not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides,ramming of bottom and getting out and disposal of excavated earth lift upto 1.5 m, including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge ,

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth including cost of all material, tools & plants, labours, laying, compacting, curing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Reinforced cement concrete work in foundations & up to plinth level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, etc complete as directed .

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening,cutting,bending and placing in position and binding with Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to relavent ISI specifications inluding supply of all cost of all materials labour, tools and plants etc complete as directed.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, etc complete as directed .

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundationsetc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement, four stone dust) , 12mm thick to the exposed face of the concrete after cleaning and preparing the surface, including mixing the mortar, trowelling smooth the plastered surface in line and level etc including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed.

Laying I.P.S Flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (I cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) 40mm thick laid in one layer, compacting and finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, finishing, curing including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc complete as directed .

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections with G.I tubular section of 100x100x4mm ,96x48x3.2mm,80x80x4mm,25x25x2mm, trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting,fixing in position for roof truss and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and framed work with base plates of 150x150x8mm & G.I nutbolts, including cutting, hoisting,welding, fixing in position including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants ,scaffolding etc complete as directed.
