Replacement of Floor and False ceiling in Aerobridge Gallery in Passenger Terminal Building at M.P. Airport, Udaipur.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and metal false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete with stone slab over existing flooring with suitable cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) (Laticrete 335 or equivalent) conforming to relevant IS code, jointless laying, in average 6 mm thickness including polishing, finishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Polished granite stone slab (Volga Blue or equivalent with thickness 20 mm) as per the instructions of EIC.

Providing and fixing 8 mm thick wooden interlocking tiles including skirting (60 mm), door profiling, beading, etc. of make Vista Premium or equivalent with 2 mm underlay material with couplet installation, including carriage, installation, finishing, polishing etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing Baffle Open Ceiling with Fixed and Demountable Torsion Spring System Supply & Fixing of torsion spring U-Baffle Ceiling System, comprising of baffle width of 25mm and height of 150 mm manufactured out of 0.7mm thick Coil Coated Aluminium of alloy AA 3105 at a module of 125mm.The baffle shall be manufactured on high speed, high precision roll forming machine with ARKUSIX Hi configuration roller levelling process to ensure the flatness and to avoid the failure of metal at corners which may occur normally on press brake machine. The coil is coated on a continuous paint line double baked and shall be stove enamelled in a continuous coil coating process of the approved colour on the exposed side and the reverse side with polyester primer. Panels shall be connected using friction grip upper and lower bracket on a special carrier of The U Baffle ceiling panels shall be mounted on coil coated customised Hat type Aluminium carrier of size 60mm * 30mm * 0.9mm thk. The customised carrier shall be suitable for both torsion spring based & standard fixed Baffle panels. The carrier shall be suspended with M6 Threaded rod hangers spaced at 1200mm c/c. on the module of 125mm c/c which shall be downward accessible with a torsion spring/ or special bolted bracket hanger system in group of panel or as desired. Main Runners: All vertical baffles are attached to factory punched 60mm * 30mm * 0.9mm thk black Powder coated G.I member with the special baffle hangers/springs to form a module of 125mm C/C. Cross Runners: 30 mm wide x 30 mm high x 2 mm thick powder coated Gl member as approved colour designed to interlock baffle section on designated spacing are spaced at 1200mm Centre maximum. Suspension System: The complete frame to be suspended using special bracket with M6 threaded rod as desired length or as per detailed drawings. Paint Finish: All baffles to be Pure Polyester Powder Coated to RAL Shades/Wooden shade as confirmed/approved by Engineer - in charge. The panels shall be fixed to pre-installed structural M.S. frame / CC work at all levels including all accessories like Fasteners, Hangers, screws, washers, etc at site complete with all respect as desired. conforming to specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.. The Items includes supplying, Installation and fixing of U Baffle Aluminium panel ceiling over MS structural frame / CC work, Labours, Scaffolding all required machineries for fixing tools, Fasteners, Hangers, screws, washers, etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (M.S. structurer/ frame work shall be paid separately).

Providing and fixing plywood (MR 303, ISI) with screws/nail/nuts & bolts etc., conforming and marked to IS : 3087 to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete as per the direction of EIC (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately): 9 mm Thick

Providing and fixing Charcoal Sheet 8300 plastic decorative (8300 PLASTIC DECORATIVE 8' * 2' Code - [8346/1] [8348/1]) Make - Euro Pratik or equivalent, including cutting, pasting with suitable adhesive, etc. complete as per the design & direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing Charcoal Sheet 9500 plastic decolite (9500 PLASTIC DECOLITE 8' * 4' Code - [9568/1] [9573/1]) Make - Euro Pratik or equivalent, including cutting, pasting with suitable adhesive, etc. complete as per the design & direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing Louvers (Make - Euro Pratik E100 Ecolouvers Code -[E107/1] [E119/1], size - E119 & E107 - 2400mm* 120mm*12mm or equivalent) including cutting, pasting with suitable adhesive, etc. complete as per the design & direction of EIC.

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing wall cladding with Natural stone, Kadappa, Sandstone or equivalent including highlighter, CNC designs (if any) with stones of minimum thickness 15 mm, in skirting, riser of steps, walls, etc. as per the desired colour and pattern as finalised by EIC, having provisions for suitable electric lighting arrangements, stones laid with suitable polymer modified adhesive (water based) conforming to relevant IS code, fixing up to a height of 10 meters including preparation of wall surfaced for fixing, cutting, finishing etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.

Providing 10 mm thick Plaster of Paris (gypsum anhydrous) ceiling for Flat surfaces up to a height of 5 m above floor level, over steel sections frame consisting of U-section, L section steel members, all fittings, fixtures and connecting members, including the cost of scaffolding, provision for electrical fittings, etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.

Supply of Slim 53mm width x 70 mm height x 1126 mm length Suspended 4ft continuous Linear pureline LED H-section with LED compartment independent from the Driver compartment. Fixture body of extrusion Aluminum housing in white finish with high efficiency polycarbonate/PS diffuser. LED Used shall be SMD type with approx system Lumens 2200 @18W & efficacy 120lm/W,Life of fixture : 50000 burning Hrs. @ L70 , CCT of 4000K (SDCM<=5), CRI Ra >=80, PF >0.95, Operating working temp range - 0°C < Ta < 45°C & operating Voltage Range of 140-270 V AC. Minimum Internal Surge Protection 2.0 KV.Manufacturer shall have inhouse lab approved by NABL or ministry of science of govt of India. LM 79 and LM80 reports need to be submitted from a NABL accredited lab to verify above parameters. Both the fixture and Driver should have separate BIS approval. The luminaire shall have declared life of 30,000 burning hours at L70.The fixture shall be suitable to operate on voltage 240 VAC, 50Hz (±10 %) .Manufacturer shall have inhouse lab approved by NABL or ministry of science of govt of India. LM 79 and LM80 reports need to be submitted from a NABL accredited lab to verify above parameters.

Installation , testing and commissioning of Ceiling hung decorative type LED fixture consisting of set of 8 fittings as per BOQ item no 2.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call be point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.
