Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand , filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complte.

Providing and fixing 3 lined granite benches having the coping slab single 1.38 x 0.44 x 0.10m and which is supporting granite pillar on both side of single 0.29 x 0.29 x 0.40m. The rate including the cost of granite stone for 3 line dressing on the all exposed surface of the pillars and stone slabs, single nosing the top edges of slab as per design pattern. The coping slab should be engraved to suite over the stand pillar with a groove cutting 20mm depth 0.29 x 0.29m. The rate including labour for shifting and fixing in position. The rate also includes labour charge and all as per the architectural drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
