Demolition of Lime concrete/Mud phuska /PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of demolished material beyond the MD land to a distance exceeding 500 mtr not exceeding 1.5 KM complete all as specified and directed

M & L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete (levelling course) on roof to maintain the uniform slope complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces of roof padding with integral water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement content finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M & L for priming plastered roof surfaces with bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm as per IS 3384 and providing water proofing treatment by applying 3.5 Kg/Sqm Actatic polypropylene (Advanced APP torch on membrane mineral finish) having polyester film reinforcement stabilized with fibre glass and finished on top with grey mineral slabs torch on system of thickness 3 mm by torch bonding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing & connections including cleaning for refixing complete all as directed.

S & F 15mm dia. steel water tubing 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceilings or laid in floors.

Fixing only 15mm dia. steel water tubing 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceilings or laid in floors. Note: Serviceable tube obtained from taking down shall be reused.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing & connections including cleaning for refixing complete all as directed.

S & F 20mm dia. steel water tubing 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceilings or laid in floors.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster of any description including raking out joints and hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) over a coat of chalk whiting complete.

M&L for prepartion of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete.

Dismantling of old PVC/RCC water tanks of 1000 Ltr capacity complete all as directed

Dismantling of old PVC/RCC water tanks of 500 Ltr capacity complete all as directed

Disconnecting existing tanks Upto 500 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning with using bleaching powder or suitable chemicals for removing all scales & dirt including rectifying the inlet and outlets and float valves of tank for any leakage etc. and hoisting and reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as directed.

S&F 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank ( cylindrical vertical with closed top ) double layered, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including suitable nipple to HDPE water tank complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item no 20 above but tank capacity 500 ltr.

S&F 15 mm dia PTMT Ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete. (Min wt 142 gms)

S&F 20 mm dia PTMT Ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete. (Min wt 210 gms)

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes including all fittings any size and pattern complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) 100/110 mm bore single socketed pipes in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with PVC clamps complete.

S&F in repairs PVC(SWR) bend/shoe for 100/110 mm dia complete.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, AC Sheets any guage, thickness or similar pattern roof covering/wall cladding complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Height of the bldg truss is upto 6 mtr)

S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed. Note: Height of the bldg is upto 7 mtrs

S & F 0.50mm thick plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting ,in ridges,hips,valley gutters,drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating by manufacturer's instruction or as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bands, plinth course, copings, bed block valley gutters, kerbs etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of steel work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any desciption over 10 cm in width or girth , not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for providing and applying brush applied water based PU dispersed polymer modified Elastomeric liquid membrane, ShaliUrethane BTD with Zero VOC or of any approved make-STP/Fosroc/BASF to form the membrane in situ at site with 3 layers of monolithic, seamless finish having >500% elongation. The first layer is to be formed mixing with clean water in the ratio of 1:1 @ 400 Gms per Sqm and shall act as the prime coat to fill in the cavities. This can be brush or roller applied. For spray application, using any airless spray system with recommended nozzle size at 30:1 at 2 bar pressure. Providing and applying the second coat @ 1 kg per Sqm using the soft brush, roller or spray system with the recommended nozzle size on to the primed surface. Providing and applying 50 Gsm fiber cloth over the 1st coat, when substrate till the coat is tacky. Providing and applying 3rd coat @ 1kg/Sqm to finish the application for a thickness of 1.5mm membrane formed in place. The second coat should be applied perpendicular to the first coat for cross linkage and complete as per the specification and all as directed.
