Supply, delivery at site on foundation, instalation, testing & Commissioning of 25 KVA , 415V, 50Hz, 3Ø silent new DG Set, comprising of Engine , alternator, seprate AMF panel, Base frame, Fuel tank , Battery , CPCB-IV+ approved Engine & Acoustic Enclosure having following specifications. [Make : JAKSON /KOEL GREEN /ASHOK LEYLAND/Mahindra ] Engine Type : 4 Stroke Diesel Engine RPM : 1500 Duty : Continuous Cooling : Coolant cooled Cylinder : 3/4 Aspiration : Turbo Charged type of Governor : Electronic Fuel TankCapacity : as pe manufacturer standard Overload Capacity : 10% overload for one hour for every 12 hours continuous running at full load or better Engine instrument Panel : Consisting of starting switch with Key, Lub Oil Indicator, water temperature Indicator, RPM indicator and hour meter. Safety Controls : Emergency Stop, Low Lube Oil Pressure warning/ Shutdown, High Engine Water Temp, warning/Shutdown, Sensor failure Indicator, Engine over speed indicator, battery charging and low battery indicator. Generator voltage /AC Mains voltage Generator Cuurent in all phases Frequency Power Factor Energy Safetties Overload, Over/Under Voltage, Over/Under Frequency. Running time indications number of hours of operation and service intervals, service due indications. The AMF panel must be deisgned to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 ( fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself . High quality acoustic enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-II norms.

BASE FRAME Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook. The Defect liability Period(DLP) for the work is 01(one) year to be counted from the date of completion of the work TERMS & CONDITIONS (i) Rate Should be quoted in cklusive of all applicable taxes and Duties Including GST. (ii) All materials, equipment & accessories must conform to relevent IS/IEC Specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine manufacturer. (iii) Necessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine Alternator etc. will have to be submited in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment

(iv) Copy of "Ttype Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produed at the time of delivery issued from competant Authority (v) Circuit Diagram for AMF panel must be submited from the manufacturer /OEM (vi) The entire set must be warranted atleast for 12 months / 5000 running Hrs from the date of commissioning / completion of work (vii) During commissioning, the DG set has to be made to run for atleast six hours at a stretch on atleast 75% load at the cost (cost of fuel, operator and technical personnel) of the agency entrusted with the work and the agency will have to provide permanently multi-core control cables as required with allied accessories including laying of the same before commissioning of the DG set.

Earth filling,Levelling and providing RCC base for providing Mechanical and vibration support to installed generator .The RCC base should be atleast 0.45m above GL and 0.45m below GL .There should be 0.5m clear space in the base around the generator after installation.( Dimension- LXW-3900 mm.X2100 mm.)

M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 cnnected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting & erection and painting with two coats RO & two coats of synthetic paint, all complete.

Supplying, fitting & fixing Zn-Al alloy (55% Al & 45% Zn) coating of 150 grams per sq. metre (followed by colour coated on both side) steel sheet work having minimum yield strength of 550 Mpa of trapizoidal profile of approved make (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 55 mm & 25 mm self tapping screw, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3 mm th. washer etc. complete with 150 mm end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (Payment to be made on area of finished work) a) With 0.5 mm thick sheet

Supply and delivery of Diesel oil for commissionig purpose.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required (100 mm dia)

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 25 mm x 3 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts-- For morum soil

"Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required"

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) Cl hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (For Soft Soil)

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode

Supplying and fixing 415V, 100 A TPN on load front operated Changeover switch with Sheet Steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc.(Make-L&T)

Supply of 4 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes [ Make Gloster/RR Kabel/Polycab/ Havells] 4 Core 35 Sq. mm [ LT panel to DG ]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland and finishing those for following XLPE / PVC armoured cable as per GS. 4 Core 35 Sq. mm

Laying of cable from 3/4 core 35 sqmm upto 50 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish Above 35 sqmm to 95 sqmm at an average depth of 100 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc.
