RAILWAY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PLACE BULK ORDER ON RDSO/CLW/BLW/ICF/MCF OR OTHER RAILWAY PSU APPROVED SOURCES. THE APPROVAL STATUS OF THE TENDER WLL BE RECKONED AS ON THE DATE OF TENDER OPENING AND NOT THEREAFTER. HOWEVER, CASES OF DOWNGRADING/REMOVAL/SUSPENSION/BANNING ETC., AFTER OPENING OF THE TENDER SHALL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT WHILE CONSIDERING THE OFFERS. ANY FIRM QUOTING ON BEHALF OF APPROVED SOURCE SHOULD SUBMIT TENDER SPECIFIC AUTHORISATION FROM APPROVED SOURCE WITHOUT WHICH THE OFFER WLL BE SUMMARILY REJECTED.

Firm to indicate make/model/brand offered if any

Have you furnished statement of deviations (preferably NIL)

Have you attached performance statement separately

Have you attached valid documents towards MSE

The criterion for evaluation of offers or deciding inter-se position of bidders shall be the all inclusive rate received item wise and as per tax regime as applicable on the date of tender opening or evaluation of offers

Have you quoted mode of dispatch on FOR destination basis for free delivery upto destination

SVC applicable within original delivery period subject to documentary evidence. However increase in taxes or duties on account of increase in turnover or misclassification or misapprehension of law shall not be allowed

GD terms: Where risk purchase is not tenable or could not be made after breach of contract 10% General Damages may be imposed while rescinding the contract

Firm to mention GSTIN and attach GST certificate

HSN code of the item shall be mentioned by the bidder

Validity of the offer: Offer validity should be for a period of 90 days

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
