Supply,Installation ,testing and commisioning of 9mtr (410 SP-33) long Steel Tubular Poles complete with base plate(350x350x5mm) with 50 mm dia hole, top cap, Earthing Channel(75x40x6 mm) including digging of pit positioning etc, complete in all respect as per Standards.

Supply,Installation ,testing and commisioning of 8 mtr (410 SP-15) long Steel Tubular Poles complete with base plate (350x350x5mm)with 50 mm dia hol, top cap, Earthing Channel(75x40x6) positioning etc, complete in all respect as pe Standards.

Supply,laying, stringing, tensioning, binding of 50 Sqmm ACSR Conductor complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply,laying, stringing, tensioning, binding of 30 Sqmm ACSR Conductor complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply Carraige upto site, fixing of GI V cross-arm with top Bracket including clamp duly fabricated as per site requirement including clamps(50x8 mm), GI Nuts & Bolts,washers etc complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply,Carraige upto site,Installation,testing and Commissioning of 11 KV porecelain composite Pin Insulators 12 kv, 5KN, Lighting impulse 75 Kv positive and 80 Kv negative, Creepage distance 320mm complete in all respects as per standards.

Supply,Carraige upto site and installation of GI Mukhi Clamp for Shackle insulators.

Supply,Carraige upto site and installation of 16KN Shackle insulators.

Cement bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per Standards 0.45cum /0.5 cum pole as per drawings

Earthing of steel tubular poles complete by GI pipe 40mm or GI rod 20mm 3.0 mtr long through GI strip 25*3 mm.

Painting of Poles with one coat of Red Oxide and two or more coats of alimunium paint to obtain proper finish/uniformity as per standards.

Supply and fixing of (GI Barbed wire) anti-Climbing Device with Clamps as per standards.

Supply and fixing of danger plates as per standards

NOTE: 1.The rates quoted by the bidder for all the items shall be inclusive of GST/freight/insurance/storage/installation/testing and any other charges FOR Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of various line materials for improvement cum stabilization of Electrical Network under the jurisdiction of ED Budgam, KPDCL.
