Supplying, installation, testing and Commissioning of Diesel Engine of 35KVA of CUMMINS make engine model X3.6TAA-G1, 3 cylinders, inline, 4 stroke cycle, Water cooled Natural aspirated, developing 53 BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS:5514. The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangement & shall give the electrical output 35KVA/35KW at 0.8 power factor, 415Volts at the alternator terminal. Stamford make single bearing alternator suitable for continuous operation generating 35 KVA at 1500 RPM, 415Volts , 0.8 power factor (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system, confirming to BS 5000/ IS 4722 Complete in all respect as per drawings, design & specification of the company and direction of the Engineer Incharge including manual & mechanical carriage in all lead & lift, loading/unloading, hosting and loacal handling etc.  The alternator is brush less type, screen protected , revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR. The alternator has the following features: A.± 1.0% voltage regulation (max.) in static conditions B.IP: 23 protection with insulation class H C.Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation. CONTROL PANEL: The Control Panel is manufactured with 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powered coated for a weather-proof and long lasting finish. The Control Panel consists of the following parts: PS0600 Controller Aluminium Bus Bars with suitable capacity with in/outgoing terminals Indicating Lamps for ‘Load On’ and ‘Set Running’ Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections with AMF Panel.

Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size:- (Polycab,Havells or ISI make as approved by site incharge) including manual & mechanical carriage in all lead & lift, loading/unloading etc. Armoured cable 50sq. mm (3.5 core)

Copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, Earthing including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required, including manual & mechanical carriage in all lead & lift, loading/unloading etc.

Supplying and fixing 25mmx5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for earth connections etc.as required includ ing carriage of material in all leads & lifts complete as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

Construction of cement concrete platform for 35 KVA D.G. Set of size 9fts X 4fts with 10inch thickness including earth work in excavtion, foundation concreate 1:4:8, sand filling , soiling, P.C.C. in floor and cement concrete flooring complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer Incharge including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of HRFRLS-LF PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required (Polycab,havells make or as approved by site engineer) complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer Incharge including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. 6 X 1.5 sq. mm
