Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings or PVC sheet in roof including ridges, sunshades or any position etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40sqcm and over in section, in any position as in wooden trusses in framed work of any description.

S&F Rolled mild steel roof truss (framed) sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming with Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work in tubular trusses (framed) /rectangular hollow section, purlines and fastening including distance pieces etc. including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 including applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes confirming with Fe-290 (Gde E-165) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S&F in repair False ceiling of 9.5mm thick gypsum tiles (600x600mm) laminated with PVC film on the face side & metalised polyester film on the back side with all four edges sealed with PVC film (shade either plain white or crack) including anodised aluminium snap gried frame work and fixed using T grid/Cross-T/Wall angle/level clip & suspenders of standard galvanised sections in a grid size of 600x600mm, including taking down existing ceiling board & grid work etc of any type/pattern complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The rate shall includes to provide necessary arrangements and materials in making good and refixing, all the disturbed fittings and fixtures of internal electrifications caused due to taking down the existing ceiling board and grid work, incl hanging of ceiling fans to its original location or as required.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, wall, arches, pillars, man-holes, drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for burnt clay brick work with sub class 'B' brick (old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No. 10 here-in-before but except brick work retrived from demolition

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brickwork or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 in two layers with backing coat 10mm thick and second coat of 5mm thick including and mixing of WPC @200ml/bag on brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of new plasterd wall surfaces and applying of two coat of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer using chalk whiting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of new plasterd surfaces and applying of two coat of Exterior weather coat paint, white or tinted or green on wall/edging/facia/roof projections complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 77,920.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
