Demolition of brick or stone masonry work, built in cement mortar incl all quoinns, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, scrabing for key, scrubbing down with water tec complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron mild steel work of any description or from nay position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortor (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on walls complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for framed work such as grills, gratings etc wth ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred ,iron doors,Ms Plain sheet, XPM, ladders, framed balusters, walk way, railings, framedwork of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Welding in repairs to windows, door hinges, grills etc exc 2.50 cm of thickness not exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type B 1 PCC (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Glass dividing strips, 3mm thick of 38mm width complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC chequered tiles with grey cement and pigment 30cmX30cmX25mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry as in path, pavement, floors, etc over 15mm thick screed bed CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection/pavings including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mmgraded stone aggregates as in Floor/pavings including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and any size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of thickness 80mm thckness M-40 grade, with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for sand cushioning under floors including watering and consolidation . complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area n. exceeding 1.50 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fixing in opening complete solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made outt of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick(Style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tube for top & bottom rails. M>S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside wqith solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, Lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement fixing in frame at site complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for 200mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel butt hinges, 100 mm long, medium weight, cold rolled fixed with steel screws or welded to angle iron frame where required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 150mm aluminum handles cast type anodized complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness,including plastering and leeping, including taking down tarfelt etc .complete all as specified and directed .(Note : Contractor taking down Reterieved mud/debries from Roof adopt by Mechenical way as lift etc and disposed off in low line area at any distance . Note : Height Max 12 Meter).

Demolition of Bricks pointed in any cement mortor (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors,Channels, kerbs, aporons etc complete all as specified and directed..(Note : Contractor taking down Reterieved mud/debries from Roof adopt by Mechenical way as lift etc and remove from site/disposed off in low line area at any distance . Note : Height Max 12 Meter).

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded Creushed stone aggregate) ,on roof surface as padding to receive water proofing treatment to the required slope including finishing the exposed surface even and fare all as specified and directed. Note (Height Max 12 Meter)

Material and labour for applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm and provide modified polymeric five layered APP (Atactic Polypropylene) Modified Polymeric Membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film. Min wt of memebrane will be 3.5 kg/sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) including Cutting grooves in bricks wall,75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortor 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Applying one coat of hot blown Industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm, over APP Membrane all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
