SPECIAL REPAIR TO OHT / RESERVOIR AT COMPLAINTS CELL QUEENS LINE AND GOLF GROUND UNDER GE JAIPUR AT JAIPUR MIL STATION

M&L for dismantling / taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster, loose / unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external / internal surfaces of RCC / slab / beam / columns RCC, facias etc average depth 15mm (approx height upto 22 mtr from natural ground level) with power driven pneumatic chisel and removal of debris upto the approved municipal dumping ground outsides MoD land including cutting of all making square / rectangular cavities roughening the smooth surfaces including Providing & erecting double scaffolding/staging, Jacks to support the structure provisionally during for repair work upto height from ground level to 22 m, complete all as specified and directed.

S& F hard drawn steel wire fabric n exc. 4 kg/Sqm weight cut to length bent to shape required and tying with & incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as in reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying a non shrink, polymer modified cementitious micro-concrete Renderoc RG or equivalent from SIKA/BASF/ FOSROC having compressive strength (BS 4551-80)-50 Mpa at 28 Days, Tensile strength- 2 Mpa @ 28 Days, Flexural Strength(BS 4551-80)-5 Mpa at 28 Days. product shall have A1 Class Fire Rating confirming to EN1504 cl 5.5, Thermal conductivity of 1.5W/m degree C. Renderoc RG can be applied in sections upto 100mm deep. Pouring the same into the formwork using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device for uniform flow of micro concrete. Note:- fixing the formwork/ shuttering across the profile of damaged structural element is also included and The work should be carried out with all safety measures like helmet, safety belt and under supervision of qualified supervisor etc complete. Rate shall be inclusive of preparatory works from Note (i) to i(v) below, rates shall also includes cost of materials labour, tools and plants, safety arrangement quality control and testing etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Chipping of plaster and unsound/weak concrete material till reinforcement bars to exposed to enable their rust removal. (ii) Rust removal below average thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc. with standard power driven percussion type or pneumatic chisel of standard make as directed by Engineer-in charge including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities etc complete and disposal of debris up for all lifts and leads.

ii) Rust removal by Providing and applying a combination of acid based material, corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents rust remover, for removal of all rust/ scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars before micro concreting or patch repair, It Shall be applied with brush for complete wetting of rusted metal surface at coverage of 2- 2.5 Sqm/ltr. & allow it to react for 16-24 hours. After 24 hours, a white layer will appear which will protect further corrosion of metal /steel for about 5-7 days. Before applying any protective coating, the surface should be wire brushed and thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth. iii) Anticorrosive treatment by Providing and applying Nitozinc Primer an epoxy based zinc rich anti corrosive primer having adhesive bond strength ≥ 1.5 MPa as per ASTM D4541, & shall comply to per ASTM B-117 to be applied on well cleaned, fully exposed and all loose scale , rust free rust free surface obtained by grit blasting or suitable means , to be done with coverage @4.5sqm/litres to achieve a minimum thickness of 40microns DFT or as per direction of Engineer-In charge. (iv) (a) Applying epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine or suitable brushes & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (b) Immediately after application of above bond coat as above pour prepacked dual shrinkage compensated micro concreting M40 grade, using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beam & columns etc, upto 100 mm thickness of micro concrete. Bonding agent shall have Compressive strength(BS 6319 Pt.2)- 50 Mpa at 7 days, Flexural strength strength(BS 6319 Pt.3)- 35 Mpa at 7 days, Tensile strength (BS 6319 Pt.7)- 20 Mpa at 7 days, Shear Strength (BS 6319 Pt.4)- 10 Mpa at 7 days. (c) Erection of water tight formwork and placing micro concrete as per manufacturer specification

M & L for 15mm thick polymer mortar to load carrying RCC members in one layers in proportion of 1:5:15 by weight of polymer of approved make and quality, cement and quartz sand with required WC ratio for desired consistency and applying and finishing by floating, curing after initial setting time etc. as per manufacturer specification etc. complete all as directed and specified. Note : Providing & erecting double scaffolding/staging, Jacks to support the structure provisionally during for repair work upto height from ground level to 22 m shall be included in quoted rates.

M & L for 30mm thick polymer mortar to load carrying RCC members in two layers in proportion of 1:5:15 by weight of polymer of approved make and quality, cement and quartz sand with required WC ratio for desired consistency and applying and finishing by floating, curing after initial setting time etc. as per manufacturer specification etc. complete all as directed and specified. Note : Providing & erecting double scaffolding/staging, Jacks to support the structure provisionally during for repair work upto height from ground level to 22 m shall be included in quoted rates.

M & L for applying SBR bond chemical of approved make before applying polymer plaster/ concrete to have the perfect bond between old concrete and new concrete/ polymer plaster surface using nylon bruses scaffolding labour etc. complete all as directed. Note : Providing & erecting double scaffolding/staging, Jacks to support the structure provisionally during for repair work upto height from ground level to 22 m shall be included in quoted rates.

M & L for drilling and fixing Teflon perforated nozzles in RCC members including drilling 14mm dia 50 to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 300 mm in staggered manner all as directed including cleaning the holes by air blowers prior to fixing nozzles and fixed nozzles in cleaned holes . External ends of nozzles to be machined to receive outlet of grouting gun. nozzle is fixed by mean of epoxy to ensure complete sealing and cure the system for min 12 hrs under supervision of qualified supervisor all as specified and directed.

M & L for injecting high performance non shrink, free from high strength antiwash polymer cement grout of approved make by addition of water as per manufacturers instructions and specification into honeycombing area/porous concrete including drilling of holes minimum 50 mm in concrete, fixing nipples, injecting grout by suitable pump at pressure of 2.0 Kg/cm2 and subsequently cutting/ removing of nipples and sealing of holes with epoxy putty EPW 1010 etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for thoroughly wetted surface to ensure better sticking including sand paper gentle rubbing to obtain smooth surfaces, including all necessary arrangement for execution of work ,preparation of new plaster surface with 2 mm thick putty than applying (priming seal -o- prime ) on plastered surface and two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (weather coat smooth of Ist quality) using hand roller on external Wall Surface, complete all as specified and directed.
