Retro reflectorised Traffic sign: Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type refiective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting,2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below level as per approved drawing and sign. ( All ground Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other the approved brand) i) 90cm equilateral traingle

Providing and erection direction and place identification retro Reflectrorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick with area not exceeding 0.90 sqm fixed on angle iron of 25x25x4 mm suported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of propoery designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. (All the steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand) 0.90(1x0.90) sqm 200 nos of direction board =180 sqm

Providing retro reflective sign board of high intensity grade reflective sheeting conforming to ASTMD 4956 B-III specification having approved pattern over its entire surface bonded on to 2mm thick aluminium sheeting, the entire face of the sign shall be covered & bounded with yellow/ with/ red/ blue high intensity grade with distinctive nod pattern on front side with heat lamp vaccum applicator machine only. a) 1.5(1.x1) sqm 80 nos of sign Board=120 sqm b) 1(1.2x0.834)sqm 60 nos of sign Board=60sqm

c) Foundation work comprises earth work in foundation trenches, Plain/ Reinforced cement concrete open foundation. Plain /Reinforced cement in open foundation

iii) Earth work in excavation in foundation of structures as per drawing & techniclal specifications including setting out, construction of soring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deletarious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material as MoSRT&H 304 inordinary soil by manual means(without dewatring: upto 3M depth)

Painting on Steel Surfaces (Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade)

Painting Lines, Dashes, Arrows etc on in Two Coats on New Work (Painting Roads lines, dashes, arrows etc on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous the surface of all dirts, dusts and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and trafic control.) i) Over 10 cm in width
