(A) Removing of following existing unserviceable wooden/steel components of various MES DB/FD furniture items or similar items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, glueing,providing hinges, placing everypart in-tact and polishing/painting the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drgs (B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE Lalgarh Jattan including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (C) Timber shall be of first class hard Teak wood

Sofa Set single chair / Three seater /04 / 05 seater Drg No :- FD 281, 373, FD /MAP/II/02

Removing of existing U/S sofa cushion of size 21" x 22 ". Supply & fix new seat & back cushion made out of 100 mm thick high 32mm density form duly stich with innner cloth and superior quality tapestry cover duly zipped. Make : Cool foam / Sleep Well/Kurl on. The tapestry will be approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of existing unserviceable plywood from the GI charpoy ply top and supply and fixing of new 12mm plywood BWP grade ISI Marked , Make National, Kit ply, and green ply as per same size and shape on the GI pipe.

Removal of existing unserviceable cane of MES Pattern F/DB/FD items of chairs carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and weaving / recaning the same with new cane Make Maharashtra Cane, Ajay Brand , as applicable as per drgs B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE Lalgarh Jattan and including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Recanning of all types of wooden Chair Drg No. FD-3, WDF-25, FD-229, FD-250,FD-279, FD-203,FD-228, FD-202, FD-280, FD-252, FD-282, FD-20, FD17(M)

Removing the existing unserviceable cane and providing new white cane and recaning the same with new plastic cane 2 mm wide and 0.35 mm thick oval type in white colour and border shall be canned with 4 mm wide and 0.40 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair Varandah Drg No.FD-19, FD-256, FD-333

Removing unserviceable cane/nylon newar from chair varandah and re-canning the seat and back of chair varandah with 4 mm wide half round cane plastic white in colour complete all as shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of steel surfaces of chair varandah by scrapping, rubbing, cleaning including making good of bents spat re-rusting and appying two coat of synthetic enamel painting (white) complete all as specified.

Replacement of PVC Sheet for Seat & Back

Welding of joints of legs frames etc wherever required and directed by Engineer In Charge

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
