Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commisioning of DI Pipe as per IS 8329-2000, class “K-7”, 150 mm (6”) dia with inside cement mortar lining with spigot and socket ends laid in trenches including tyton joint (Rubber gasket joint) complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for CI/DI fittings/specials such as Tees, bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, collars, tail pieces, caps and plugs of sizes 150mm confirming to IS: 1538-1993 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing of Cast Iron Sluice Valve of sizes, ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, PD Short body, confirming to IS 14846-2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top of 150 MM dia size complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supply, installation and testing flanged ends strainer/dirt box rating PN 1.0 of 150mm dia size with stainless steel mesh suitable for cold water to avoid foreign material entering into water meter and making connection with flanged ends with gasket rubber sheet and nut, bolts and washer etc and fixing in horizontal/inclind/vertical position complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Flange joints including jointing materials shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supply, installation and testing of flanged ends water meter ISI marked woltman type, Class 'B' of 150mm dia size and making connection with flanged ends, with gasket rubber sheet and nut, bolts and fixing in horizontal/inclind/vertical position complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Flange joints including jointing materials shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for excavation in any type of soil through trenchless technology by HDD (Horizontal directional drilling method) including preparing and setting up the plant and equipment. Preparing new pipe work material including all related civil work and mechanical work like excavation, shoring/strutting etc drilling, stringing, reaming and pulling back the new HDPE and MS pipe work on the path alignment proper disposal of drilling fluid and ground penetrating radar survey to protect any exiting utilities at the pipe installation location restoration of site after completion all inclusive as per and STT IS No 2.3.2.2.2.2. second edition 2008 code of practice for trenchless technology suiting Indian condition for making horizontal bore of size upto 450mm dia suitable for HDPE pipe insertion under road crossing /hard standing M&L for HDPE pipe, Jointing and Jointing Material complete of size 300 mm nominal dia of 28.3 mm min. Wall thickness of grade PE 80 for protection of MS pipe to any depth by manually or any means complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (a) MS Pipe will be measured and paid separately. (b) Permission required from civil authority/department prior to executing the work is the responsibility of contractor and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor complete.

Supplying, laying, jointing, welding & testing of MS Pipe (Heavy duty class 'C'), of 150 mm bore as per IS 3589 (1981) thickness 5.4 mm laid in trenches/bore or laying on floors for connections to centrifugal pump sets for suction, to header and to connected outgoing water main CI/DI pipe line including welding works/fittings complete all as specified and directed

M & L for distribution connection with and including 150 mm dia bore MS pipe heavy duty one end flanged by cutting, welding, grinding, painting and necessary connected works complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Boring holes under road pavement by bocky manually in any type of soil upto 200 mm bore Complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches of size 90mm outer dia complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate of fittings/materials required for making connection of pipeline shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Supply and lay 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches of size 50 mm outer dia complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate of fittings/materials required for making connection of pipeline shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Supply and lay 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches of size 20 mm outer dia complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate of fittings/materials required for making connection of pipeline shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

S & F PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) 20mm as per requirement of the site including fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) 50mm as per requirement of the site including fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of 16 to 40mm size by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc all as specified and directed

M & L for making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of 50 to 75mm sizes by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in any type of soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing PCC hard standing for taking out/laying of pipe including making good the existing surfaces with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed
