Supply & Laying, spreading 53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, A.R

Consolidation of stone ballest etc all complete. I.S.I No. 755 A

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distriuter at the rate of 0.30 Kg per Sqm on prepared surface etc all complete.

Recycling pavement by cold milling of existing bituminous layers using by bituminous concrete (grading 2) using bitumen VG-30 content in 5.4% bitumen weight of mix for reclaimed material fresh bitumen will be required to the extent of 60% of normal requirement planning the surface after cold milling reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30% of the required quantity hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out neccessary checks and evaluation adding fresh material including refuvenators as required mixing in a hot mix plant transporting and laying at site sand compacting to the required grade level and thickness all as morth specified in clause 519.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete perforated paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength thickness and size (shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, land in required colour and pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embeding (laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern finishing and swapping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 80 mm thick C.C paver block of M-30 grade with approaved colour, design and pattern.
