Taking down old unservicable GI wire complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unservicable Clamps including Nut, bolt washers of any size.

Taking down old unservicable insulators of any size/type etc.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation of poles/laying of cables/stay/strut etc not exceeding 10 Sq m on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation of poles/laying of cables/stay/strut etc not exceeding 10 Sq m on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for providing Fazilka river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground cable including punning down of sand in layers as specified and as directed

M&L for brick protection cover of UG cable by old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B’ laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DB TPN 4 Way vertical type factory made IP 43 protection class metal double door with 200 Amp rating bus bar 240/415 Volt and provn of fixing of MCBs/MCCBs/Isolators/RCCBs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MCCB 4 pole 100 amps, 16KA , 415 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB Single Pole (SP) 240 Volts 6 to 32 Amps, rupturing capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT feeder pillar box Outdoor type platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed having bus bar installed on DMC/Epoxy insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet with front opening type with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of lock with 2 keys), powder coated finish (over a coat of red oxide), primer on outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside surface with TPN aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 200Amps including 1 No MCB SPN 06 Amps on suitable foundation. Cable entries should be in proper metalic glands only.

S&F PVC insulated and sheated aluminium conductor of size 4 Sqmm 2 core from junction box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made out cast iron and embedded LT Cable on the plate of size 80 mm dia 5 mm thick and grouting lugg of suitable size including grouted in PCC foundation of suitable size with proper paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing light grade of 80 mm dia for cable protection on pole/wall/floor/ or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket and making good the disturbed surface of wall, floor or roof etc all as specified and directed.

All As per Item No. 28 here in above but having size 50 mm dia bore.

M&L submain wiring with 2 runs of copper conductor PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volt grade 6 sqmm drawn through PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 25mm dia as per IS specification fixed concealed in wall/ceiling including conduit and conduit accessories and incl provn of PVC insulated 6 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly all as specified including dismantling old and making good to the disturbed surface by plastering and two coat of distamper all as directed at site Note : Two runs of 6 sqmm cable alongwith one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor as earth wire, conduit and conduit accessories will be measured as one length.

M&L for Submain wiring with two single core of 4.0 Sqmm and one single core of 4 sqmm as earth wire with multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC (FR) insulated 1100 volts grade drawn through in non metallic rigid (ISI Marked) PVC conduit of size 20/25 mm dia and the conduits accessories as in repairs complete including making good the distrubed surface to match the existing surfce complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC pole mounted junction box having aluminium bus bar suitable for street light connections including single pole MCB of rating 6 Amps, 2.5 sqmm copper conductor for connection and fixing arrangement to pole all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for making bore below the road for crossing the GI pipe medium grade for cable protection and fill the putty on both sides of the GI pipe after crossing the armoured cable to avoid the water inside complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type.

All As per Item No. 40 above but for cable of size 185 to 240 sqmm.
