Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth etc., ordinary soil complete

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more then 15cm thick compacting etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed.

Supply and erection of centering and shuttering for sides and soffits including necessary support , labour charges etc complete as per standard specification.(Below sill without strutting)

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three M.Sand and Six broken stone jelly) using 40mm size hard broken stone jelly for dummy columns, excluding cost of centering shuttering reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including curing etc. complete. (Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 for slab to be extended upto top of splashing with pressed tiles and future extension rods to be embedded in CC 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three M.Sand and Six hard broken stone jelly). Dummy columns should be at least 1 metre height)

CC 1:3:6 mix using 20mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc

CC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and fabrication of Steel Grade S-415/Steel Grade S-240 required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule including cost of steel which will be procured by the contractor by his own arrangement, cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the bars straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, hoisting and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings including cost of binding wire, provision of space bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification
