Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material. Beyond 60 cm girth upto including 120 cm girth

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concretee 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :

Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing upto any pitch including fixing with polymer coated ‘J’ or ‘L’ hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% Ultra-voilet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall confoim to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified. 5.0mm thick (Wt. 8.4 Kg./Mtr. Sq.)

Chequerred precast cement concretee tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Medium shade using approximately 50% white cement and 50% ordinary cement.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick .

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Labour charges for repair to door / window without using any material such as applying randha (finishing) tightening of bolts & screw etc.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead.
