Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers(Solar Stud) made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, 110 mm dia at 4 kg/sqcm fixing with glue extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing force, including Cost of all lifts and lead, loading and unloading charges , cost of material & labour charges, hire charges of all machineries, materials with all other incidental charges, Transporting etc., complete as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work. Providing and laying heavy duty cobble stones 75mm thick interlock pavers, using cement and course sand for manufacture of blocks of approved size, shape and colour with a minimum compressive strength of 281 kg per m2 over 50mm thick sand bed ( average thickness ) and compacting with plate vibrator having 3 tons compaction force thereby forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints, final compaction of paver surface joints into its final level, including Cost of all lifts and lead, loading and unloading chargres , Cost of material & labour charges, hire charges of all machineries, materials with all other incidental charges, Transporting etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
Supplying and fixing M15 grade precast cement concrete Kerb stones for Roadway, Sidewalls and gutters fixed with CM 1:3 fixed and finsihed in line as per direction of Engineer in charge.including Cost of all lifts and lead, loading and unloading chargres , Cost of material & labour charges, hire charges of all machineries, materials with all other incidental charges, Transporting etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
