Dismantling of Framed timber scantling 40sq cm and over in section in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 450mm, 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles colour with and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Jointless semi-skid coloured cermaic tiles of size 600 x 600mm, 9 to 10mm thick, as in flooring etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles colour, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed/ bedding layer in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 51, mentioned here-in-above, but in skirting with and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18-25 mm thick, as in floor, staircase treads, landing etc, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:3), set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, with and including cutting / griding / mirror Polishing, moulding of edges (nosing), on Kota stone as per local trade practice, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) In case of staircase treads, landing, the Kota Stone must be in single piece only. In case of flooring, the size of Kota stone will not be lessthan 600 x 600 mm. (b) The rate for moulding/rounding to edges of stone slab is not included in the said item and will be measured/paid seperately.

M&L for rounding to edge of stone slab such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 53, mentioned here-in-above, but as in staircase risers, skirting etc with and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for green marble 16-20mm thick (table rubbed and polished), laid over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like, laid and jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with and including moulding, rubbing & polishing of edges, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made PU coated, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with coloured pigment made of PVC moulded (or rubber mould) with vibrating system, duly ISI marked with labelling of manufacture, with and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of sand cushion is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

M&L chequered cement concret tiles of size 300 x 300 x 22mm thick, antifungus / rubber moulded with grey cement and pigment over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors. .

M&L for application/forming of waterproofing liquid membrane moistening the prepared surface for proper dispersion and penetration and applying two component cementitious elastomeric water proofing coating damp block 2k manufactured by M/s Asian Paints Ltd in two coats @ 1.4kg/Sqm to build 1mm thickness as per manufacturers specifications as follows . First coat shall be applied @ 0.7kg/Sqm and while Ist coat is still green the second coat shall be applied with a suitable and stiff brush @ 0.7 Kg/Sqm. The treatment shall be carried out to the entire bottom surface and vertical surface upto the bottom height of wall tiles. Adequate curing to be done on vertical surfaces and ponding test for 48 hours on the bottom surface to be carried out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for PCC 1:5:10 Type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in mass filling in two layer in sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of water proofing treatment to accessible roof slab, with providing / applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers by Graco tex sprayer having sun reflective index (SRI) of 105 Mfd by Asian paint Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE in three coats laid as per manuacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following course of description below:

(a) 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC will be applied over the roof slab when concrete is green. After the plaster is cured the roof will be tested for water tightness by ponding with water for seven days for any seepage is observed the rectification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5kg/sqcm using cement based cement grout. After the surface is repaireds the slab will be tested for water tightness again before proceeding with further treatment.

(b) the surface of roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths, etc. over which waterproofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as, fungus, moss, dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain out lets a grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment. Concrete angle-fillets shall be provided at junctions between roofs and vertical faces of walls (parapet and other walls) around obstacles such as pipes, chimney stacks, etc. and other similar situation to ease up about corners.

(c) 1st coat of self priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid(dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1)

(d) 2nd & 3rd coat of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid(dry film thickness of complete allocation/system not less than 500 microns)

(e) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) of 100x100 mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is changes direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/ juctions should be rounded.

(f) Toping will be done with precast machine pressed cement concrete tiles of size 250x250mm, 20-25mm thick, conforming IS:1237 shall be laid over 15mm thick cement mortar screed in 1:4. The joints between the tiles will be 2-3 mm & will be filled with chemical as specified Note: 1. fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers contain Tensile strength of 2.90Mpa, Elongation upto 350%, solid content 55.90, crack bridging ability upto 2.5mm 2 Treatment shall be done through authorise representative of manufacturer and atleast 10 years water proofing warranty by manufacturer

M&L for ATT, providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ATT, providing and injecting of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Attending day to day complaint of different type Maintenance work such as Carpenter & Plumbing wks like Repair of Door/Window or ventulator frame with shutter ,replacement of glass pan, wire cloth, iron mongeries,sanitary/plumbing items, syntex tank etc of any description in MH units area, Single living Accn, JCOs ORs Md Accn, Offrs Md Accn of AGE B/R-I area and making it fully functional and removal of excluding sunday and holiday by employing following manpower, to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge for making payment with following requirement / condition, complete all as directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 157

(a) The contractor will have to employ minimum 01 No Carpenter,01 No Plumber and 02 No Helper ( for each tradesman i,e Carpenter & Plumber) every day excluding Sunday and holiday to attend day to day B/R complaints.

(b) The cost of items like nails screws,hexa blades, washers, plugs, cement,solvent, gasket, lead, tools ,machinaries etc shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates only.

(c) All the complaint(s) will be addressed and rectified within 04 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint.If,contractor or his tradesman fails to attend and rectify the complained within 04 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint,the compensation/penalty of Rs 50.00 ( Rupees fifty only) per complaint per hr for 04 hrs and after that Rs 100.00 ( Rupees one hundred only) per complaint per hr shall be recovered from the contractor's.

(d) The cost of transportation ( to and from) and other necessary T & P and equipment and safety gear shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.The cost in this effect shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates only.

(e) The Entire maintenance stores will be issued to labour under Sch B for free for fixing seperatly and their upkeeping by department. Labourer(s) should not leave the complaint cell till completion of day work or the next reliever(s) does not report to complaint cell.

(f) The labourer(s) should be free from the habits of any addiction such as liquor,smoking or other drugs.

(g) In case, aditional manpower other than mentioned here-in-above, will be required for to attend day to day Maint complaint and smooth functioning of system, the contractor shall be solely responsible for providing the same without any extra cost and no extra payment will be made in this affect at any stage by department.

(h) It is an explicit condition of the contract that payment of wages to tradesmen/workers employed on the work shall be made through bank account of individuals only. The wage paid to the tradesmen/workers shall not be less than minium wages/fair wages as notified time to time by State/ Central Government (which ever is more).

(j) The provision of statutory laws relating to Minimum Wages, EPF and ESIC payments shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to include these factors.

M&L for cleaning manhole (s)/sewage sump for 25 Users using mechanical means i.e mechanical sweeper to remove mud/sludge /muck/human excreta etc and disposing of the same outside Cantt Area using mechanical sewage tanker (s) etc to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, compelete all as directed.
