Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in Hard/dense soil and getting out for underground cable/ erection of poles, stays , trench etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old cable may different size and length and credit will be given as actual obtained from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc., complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 5.00 above but for 4 core 25 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 5.00 above but for 4 core 16 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing or laying in replacement HDPE (DWC) tubing 50 mm dia as per IS:16205 part 24 fixing on poles, walls under floors, laying on surface etc as reqd at site including clamps to hold pipe at position complete all as specified and directed. Note: All items and accessories , bend, joints, nut bolts, clamps for wall fixing as per site requirement etc are incl in quoted rates.

S&F in replacement of PVC insulated flexible FR PVC unarmoured cable three core with copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm size 1100 volt grade complete connection all as specified and directed.

S&F cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 4 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 16 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser Item No 10.00 above but for 25 to 50 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type cubical LT Main panel board of size not less than 1.0 m x 1.0 m x 0.5 m with outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 40 x 40 x 6mm on PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 platform 60cm above the ground level and 45cm below the ground level, factory fabricated with front openable , lockable, having pad lock arrangement , with pad lock , louvers and air vent, gasket ‘u’ type for natural flow of air, completed dust & vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volt 50 Hz factor fabricated ( Factory approved from CPRI) having modern fabrication followed by powder coated painting having thickness not less than 100 microns TPN aluminum bus bar 200 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulators, marking connection with aluminum strip conductor of and general construction to IS-8623 of 1993 comprising of the following:-

S&F in replacement KIOSK box weather proof made out of PVC including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 300 x 200 x 105mm inside dimension comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amp nd 6.0 Amp MCB for controlling the street light fitting with necessary MS nuts bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and wasters,clamps,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of street light bracket made out of GI pipe not less than 25mm bore light grade suitable for fixing LED street light approx length not less than 1.20 mtr bent to shape complete with nut bolts and clamp two sets, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular LT poles including removing rusted particles and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint including cross arms, supports, clamps, etc and providing different colour strip upto height 1.5 mtr from from coping including writing pole no, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour of paint for strips and no of strips will be approved by Engr-in Charge.

S&F Automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS) Three phase load of 5 KW for automation of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF > 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have adjustable over & under Voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, Neutral loss & Phase reverse incl Power contactors (3 nos of capacity 16 amps per phase each) and incoming (3 nos of capacity 20 amps each)- outgoing MCB(3 nos of capacity 20 amps each) & main load circuit wiring (Copper) of minimum 10 sqmm. The sensor , VSM, Power contactor, MCBs incl connected items should be enclosed in a Pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof,termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for manual operation (i.e. sensor & VMS By-Pass option)complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) or road cutting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling demolished surface or as leveling course or in foundation or under tiles or in any required work and make surface clear complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0mm dia at two points by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through GI pipe for protection of earth lead wire incl PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing and dismantling ,taking down old unser earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate of Earth work, Earthing electrode, all connections, nut-bolts, washers, earth lead protection pipe of dia 20 mm, water pipe of dia 20 mm complete labour, testing, Earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, char coal dust, common salt, porcelain insulator, PCC earth Pit, CI frame ,RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh are incl in quoted rate.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in gorund (earth pit not less than 2.25Mtr normal ground level) and top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm with bolts, nuts & check nuts, and washers of galvanised iron protection pipe light grade of 40mm dia and watering pipe medium grade of 20mm dia and filled with alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, watering funnel with wire mesh, earth pit chamber and cover CI frame PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I of 2009 connected to earthing test point, including all earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping demolished surface or in any required work and make surface clear complete all as specified and directed.
