Deployment of Environmental Assistants for Cleaning and sweeping of unalloted LIG flats area including balcony, and collecting garbage, sludge, malba and refusal of all types dead animals and birds etc. at site and removal of spider net, malba/refuse to nearest dustbin as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency. (Item i/c Environmental Assistant with narial brooms, kassie, khappachi & bamboos,uniform,rickshaw etc.) Area should be cleaned Once within a 20-day period i.e. 18 times in a year.

Deployment of Environmental Assistants for Cleaning and sweeping of common area including lift, lift lobby, staircase, corridor etc. of LIG category and collecting garbage, sludge, malba and refusal of all types dead animals and birds etc. at site,removal of spider net and removal of malba/refuse to nearest dustbin as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency. (Item i/c Environmental Assistant with narial brooms, kassie, khappachi & bamboos,uniform,rickshaw etc.).Area should be cleaned Once within a 20-day period i.e. 18 times in a year.

Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency. (Item i/c Environmental Assistant with narial brooms, kassie, khappachi & bamboos,uniform,rickshaw etc.).Area should be cleaned once in a month i.e. 12 times in a year.

Deployment of environmental assistant for cleaning and dusting of door,balcony railing including kitchen balcony, window including glass & mosquito net etc. in unalloted LIG flats and check the working of locks,hinges in door,sliding of window &hinges of window and lubricate the locks , door hinges ,window sliding & hinges and collecting garbage, sludge, malba and refusal of all types dead animals and birds etc. at site ,removal of spider net and removal of malba/refuse to nearest dustbin as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency. (Item i/c Environmental Assistant with narial brooms, kassie, khappachi & bamboos,uniform,rickshaw etc.) Area should be cleaned once in a month i.e. 12 times in a year.

Deployment of Environmental Assistants for Cleaning and sweeping of community facilities (facility block) including of shop area etc. i/c removing of vegetaion and grass/bushes from community facilities (facility block) including of shop area , parking area etc. and collecting garbage, sludge, malba and refusal of all types dead animals and birds etc. at site and removal of malba/refuse to nearest dustbin as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency. (Item i/c Environmental Assistant with narial brooms, kassie, khappachi & bamboos,uniform,rickshaw etc.)Area should be cleaned once in a 15 days i.e. 24 times in a year.

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismentalled or waste materials by mechnical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by engineer-in-charge beyond 50m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved..
