Supply and Fixing of Tile work in skirting risers steps and dado (upto 2m height) over 12 mm thick bed of cement motor 1:3 and joint with white cement stuff @ 3.3 kg/sqm for Control Room. Make kajaria or Somany.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq metre and under including cutting the patch in proper shape , racking out joint and preparing and plastering the surface of the wall complete including disposal of rubbish material to the dumping ground within 50 m lead with cement mortar 1:4 mix

Supply ,Fixing and fabrication of outer chain link mesh fencing of height 7 feet with 2 sqinch mesh , welded with 50 sqmm MS flat on 65x65x6mm MS Angle each post with spacing 7 feet, including providing andlaying of cement concrete in 1:3:6 throughout the length of height 2 feet and wiidth 9 inch includin earth exavation and disposal of the same.

Repair and replacement of worn out internal elecrtification point (light / power )wiring of control room building complete in all respect including replacement of existing wiring and worn out electrical accessories including main board.

Construction of Bathroom in all respects(works like slab ,door ventilators of height 7 feet of dimension 8 feet x 6 feet ) and Septic Tank ( of Size 8 feet x 6 feet x 6 feet) as per standard design on already laid plinth , in 9 inch brick works including sanitary fitting complete( bibcocks, washbasin, seat complete job) , tile work on internal wall and on floor etc. along with handle pillar, including GI pipe fittings , PVC pipe for sewerage including construction of manholes along with their covers upto Septic Tank and including Plumbing Works complete as per the direction of site engineer incharge. Complete job.

Providing and placing of 3 layer PVC 2 nos. of water tank of capacity 1000 L on bathroom roof slab and on RCC platform of size 6 ft x 6 ft x 6 inches on ground level . Complete job. Syntex make.

Providing and laying 1/2 inch size heavy duty GI pipe" B class" underground as per PHE norms for supply of water from already existing PHE Water supply pipes to collection/ storage point at receiving station yard including all fitting accessories like elbow , tees , nipples, unions, and regulating valves etc. complete job.

Dismantling door, windows and clerestory windows including chowkhats etc complete and stacking with in 50 m lead and providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for door, windows and partition with extruded buct up standard tublar and other section of approved make conforming to IS 733 of IS 1285 anodized tranpart to dyed to required shade according to IS 1868 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clipper with expansion hold fasten as including filling up of gaps at junction at top bottom and sides with required PVC.. The dismaatling and replacement quantity shall be as per the directions of the concerned incharge site Engineer.

Excavation of stone metal including earth of depth 30 cm,segregating of good stone metal for relaying , disposal of excavated earth within lead of 1 km (dumping site) from the yard net area , including leveling of the area and relaying of good stone metal collected earlier from the switchyard of area 425 sqm approx.

Providing and laying of cement concrete in 1:4:8 ratio of thickness 4 inches including making of chambers on earth expoosed pipes , maintaing the slope etc in the yard and including repairing of drain /duct of length 30 feet.

Supply , spreading and levelling including carriage of 20 mm nominal size dry stone aggregate of 3 inch thick layer over the copncrete surface of 33 KV yard.

Supply and Emulsion Coating of reputed Emulsion brand (Asian, Nerolac, Berger etc) including Priming Coat in control room building internal as well as external and as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Repairing of roof ceiling of control room building by way of supply and replacing damaged (approx 8 CGI sheets heavy duty) , repairing of holding hooks and bitumin washers to stop water leakage including Brick Massonary Parapet on all side edges. Complete job.

Construction of approach road from Gate to Control room by way of providing and laying of cement tiles(interlocked type) of min thickness 80 mm size including levellingof surface ,providing and laying PCC of nominal size 40mm stone metal in 1:5:10 cement mortar of thickness 15 cm depth including ramming under the cment tiles. and also providing and laying 1:2:4 mix concrete 9 inch band on both edges of the road . Complete in all respects.

Repairing of Damaged Drain of size 2 ft wide , 2 ft deep in 1:2:4 cement Concrete mix around the Control room building including plastering works.

Supply, fixing , testing and commissioning of 1 Hp motor of Kirlosker make to lift water from ground to bathroom slab inluding providing of power connection anmd all other accessories to complete the job.

Supply of Heay Duty foldable/collapsible type Aluminium Ladder of length 30 feet
