Demolition of brick work in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashler facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles incl removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) incl removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.50 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.50 sqm but n.exc 4.0 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar incl rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness on brick, stone, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, removal of rubbish and cleaning, etc complete as directed and specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) incl removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete as directed and specified.

Taking up or down 15 mm steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC/Arch slab, incl taking down existing PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

BLDG WORK

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay bricks, sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 -ditto- but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor / pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, set on CM(1:4), 12 mm thick screed grouted with cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed. S&F for Pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., size of frame 125x60mm made out of 1.25mm MS sheets complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F for Pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., size of frame 105x60mm made out of 1.25mm MS sheets complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply and fixing FRP door frames three legged of cross section 90mmx45mm having single rebate 32mmx15mm. The laminated door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. M & L for 40 mm thick (average thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on roof finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete of plastered surface of roof and applying priming coat using bituminous primer @ 0.30Kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen, over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160gm per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end lapse 75mm and 100mm as per manufactures instructions and applying over it of tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown between @ 1.20Kg per Sqm and finally finish the top by providing PCC tiles of size (200x200mm) and (20-22mm) thick machine made laid on cement sand mortar (1:4) screed 12mm thick. The joint of the tiles shall be grouted and flush pointed with cement sand mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete or plastered surfaces of roof and applying priming coat using bituminous primer @ 0.30kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen , over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 Gm per Sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer’s instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.20 kg per sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane with a coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 kg per sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified & directed. (including taking down existing water tank on roof disconnecting and fixing in same position after cleaning the surface).

S & F for PVC heavy duty waste pipes of 32/40 mm bore suitable for wash basin/ sinks complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall/concrete, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 ( Chasing shall be cut where height of parapet wall is more than 300mm) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel plate rack of size 75 cm x 60 cm made with 0.80 mm thick sheet including taking out existing plate rack complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Material and labour for repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish complete all as specified and directed. (Height of work to be considered upto 3.5m from FFL of Ground Floor.) (Note : Wherever reinforcement is required the same is to be provided and will be paid separately under relevant item).

Material and labour for repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 being 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish complete all as specified and directed. (Height of work to be considered above 3.5m and upto 7m from FFL of Ground Floor.) (Note : Wherever reinforcement is required the same is to be provided and will be paid separately under relevant item”).

M&L for mild steel framed work as in chajja sun shade at any height incl all necessary welding and fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of factory made fibre glass reinforced plastics (FRP) CHAJJA 4mm thick in required colour and size and design made by resin transfer moulding (RTM machine technology, resulting in void free compact laminate in single peice having smooth gradual slope, curvature for easy drainage of water and duly reinforced by two nos vertically and one no horizontally by 250mmx2mm thick MS flat with 12mm inbuilt hole for grouting on the existing wall alongwith the 50mm flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete in one single piece casted monolithically incuding all necessary fittings etc fixed in any position and height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing & injecting chemical for post construction ATT along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in a portion with cement mortar (1:2) to match the existing apron complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for post construction anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floor soil complete all as specified and as directed.
