Construction of one battery of New Design Solid Waste Trench at OSCOM

Excavation in foundations & trenches in all types of soil except rock in both dry and wet conditions including shoring and shuttering wherever necessary, de-watering subsoil and rain water to keep the excavation dry, leveling and dressing the bottom of excavation to correct level and slope, ramming the surface by rammers to the satisfaction of E.I.C and removing surplus excavated materials up to a lead of 200 Mtrs. to plinth and other areas of fill, stripping the fill area of all vegetations etc. and backfilling the trench with excavated earth in 200mm layers including breaking lumps, watering, proper ramming, compacting and dressing the top surface to correct level and grade as directed by E.I.C. all materials and labour complete (Measurement for excavation will be taken for size of the trench including clay barrier only) a) Up-to 9 mtr. Depth from finished ground level.

Supplying and placing in position P.C.C machine mixed mechanically vibrated concrete of Grade 1:4:8 as defined by IS:456 with 40mm downgraded stone aggregate at and at all heights above and up to 9 mtr. depth below plinth level as specified or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including watering curing etc. All material, labour etc. complete.

Supplying and placing in position machine mixed and mechanically vibrated design mix RCC of grade M-40 with minimum cement content of 390 kg/cum using 20 mm & downgraded stone aggregate including cost of watering, curing, consolidation, mixing etc. but excluding cost of all shuttering & reinforcement at and at all heights above and depth below plinth level in foundation footing, columns, base slab, wall and beams, roof slab etc. complete in all respects in line and level as indicated in the drawing or as directed by E.I.C. including all labour, material, T&P etc. complete

Supplying, providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary, cutting, bending, binding with approved 18 gauge GI Binding wires and placing in position all reinforcement (confirming to IS:1786) at and at all heights and 9 mtr. depth below plinth level including fixing of cover blocks, scaffolding, all conveyance, labour, T&P etc. complete including the cost of reinforcement steel. (HYSD steel confirming to IS: 1786 will be used at site.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, de-shuttering etc. and removal of form work: Foundations, footings, columns, Pillars, etc.

Extra height shuttering: Extra for additional height in centering , shuttering and deshuttering for every 1 m height above 3.5 m from top of the deck slab of the trench (total plan area of deck slab to be measured)

Supplying , providing and laying PVC water stopper 150 mm wide , 6 mm thick at construction joints, fixing properly, jointing with approved bonding compound including cost, conveyance of materials, labour etc. complete as directed by EIC.

Supplying, providing and filling in areas such as sides and bottom of trenches as per drawing with good earth having following specification(sample got approved by the company) including transportation loading, unloading, lead screening, leveling, ramming each layer using power rollers to correct lines and levels compacted at optimum moisture content to receive foundation safely etc. side packing wherever required, consolidating in layers of 200mm thick suitably etc. complete. Inclusive of cost of OMC test, all as directed by E.I.C Specification of earth : 1)Should be free from any aggregates, stones etc. 2)Clay-----30-40% 3)Moisture----maximum 10% 4)Sio2--------Minimum 55% 5)H2CO3----Minimum 0.1

Supply, surface preparation and application of FRP Lining on concrete structure (The works will be executed as per specification mention in the tender document)
