Taking down carefully copper / aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holders, bracket, light fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, point wiring concealed type with PVC insulated (unsheathed) cable 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) multy stranded FRLS Copper conductor 1100 volts grade and continous earth wire PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm copper conductor to comman earth in and including new PVC conduit chasing and existing sunken boxes with new sunken boxes for piano switches/sockets & sheet and frame for pianoswitches/sockets (incl cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface ) complete all as specified and directed ny Engineer-in-charge for the following (Note :- Sunken boxes, frame, plate is included in the quoted rate)

(a) For one light/fan/bell point controlled by one 6 Amp one way switch

(b) All as per item No. 2 hereinbefore but wiring for one 3 pin 6 Ampere socket outlet point on the same board, controlled by other switch complete all as specified and directed.

(c) All as per item No. 2 hereinbefore but wiring for one 3 pin socket outlet 6 amps independent board.

All as per item No 2 hereinbefore but with 2.5 Sqmm size cable multy stranded FRLS copper wire unsheathed for one 3 pin socket outlet 16 Amp on independent board including continous copper solid conductor connecting to comman earth dolly completed all as specified and directed ny Engineer-in-charge for the following - (Note :- Sunken boxes, frame, plate is included in the quoted rate)

S & F of ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65 X 50 mm, 3 terminals complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. as reqd heavy duty 230 volts complete all as specified and dircted.

Supply & Fixing only piano type bell push AC 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vertical type sheet steel enclouser distribution boards, double door factory made 3 phase 415 volts 4 way with 200 amps rating copper bus bar of suitable size and PVC insulated copper jumpers from the MCCB to the out going circuits (one incoming MCCB and 12 outgoing MCBs circuits) comprising of 3 phase 4 wire of suitable rating including MCCB 160 amps, 25 KA, TP, 415 volts, 50 Hz = 01 No. and 12 Nos MCBs 6-32 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal encloser single pole and meutral , with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sub main wiring two single core 4Sqmm(nominal area) multi-strand copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unseathed cable drawn in and including non metalic PVC regid conduit medium grade of suitable size with all standerd fittings, concealed including one run of continous PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 2.5 sqmm for earth continuty, including taking out and removal of old sub main wiring, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate quoted shall be deemed to include cutting chases for concealed conduit and making good in cement mortar(1:4) or PCC (1:2:4)

Supply , laying jointing and commissioning, LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional are 25 Sqmm 4 core LT, 1100 volts grade , laid in trenches , along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/ on walls etc, including taking out old cable with protection bricks and removal, complete all as specified and directed Note:- Excavation and earth work , sand cushioning, brick protection and GI pipes for protection shall be measured and paid for separtely.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as spceified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil) including spreading leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavation soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts. Complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

M&L, locally available , sub class 'B' bricks (old size) laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protectionprependicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole or under road/ pavement, complete including MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrods of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and GI washers of Galvanised iron protected by steel pipe 15mm (light grade) all as shown in elecrrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I and connecting to earthing test point (earth test point to be provided at 5 mtr distance from earth pit) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal dust and salt in alternate layers 25 mm dia light grade GI pipe,funnel,wire mesh. Concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 for pit and RCC pit cover. The extra cost of the water- ing pipe,bends,elbows shall be included in the unit rate.Note : RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4type B-1 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm.

Supply, install, test and commissioning in replacement of factory made tested (Including CPRI type tested certificate ) LT panel board cubical outdoor type of size 0.75 x 0.75 x 0.40 mtrs, plate mounted suitable for , 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire,50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bar of rating 400 Amp installed on proceline/ SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP -65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40X40X6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finished over one coat of red oxide on out side surface and painted in side with two coats of red oxide primer and rear opening type with apran for cable entery closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable IS 694 marked , 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 4.0 sqmm) and comprising of the following including necessary PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for platform of suitable size etc all as deviated with the following fitments:-

(a) MCCB 4 pole 415 volt 250 amp rating bracking capacity 36 KA incoming (Adjustable Overload 40-100%). (b) Bus bar: Providing suitable size of Bus bar of aluminium 400 amp rating with coloured heat shrinkable insuated sleeves 415 volts as per IS of suitable size mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator

Winter Appliances

Taking down electric water heater/ geysers of capacity 50 ltrs site for complete overhauling, de scaling, cleaning of sludge and washed down with the help of spray, with new gasket set assembly, replacement of nuts, bolts and washers as required at site and re-assembling and refixing the same after repair and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Serial item No 1 here-in-before but Capacity 35 litres.

All as per Serial item No 1 here-in-before but Capacity 25 litres.

Note for Item Ser No 1,2 & 3 Any damage if ooccured during the process of cleaning the geyser will be made good by contactor at no extra cost.

S & F in replacement of heating element of 1.5 KW / 2 KW rating double tube type with cup type of circular /traingle shape including rubber washers suitable to fit in the existing geyser without any water leakagecomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Make : DASS PASS ,Theta.

S & F apparatus plate (Geysers assembly) suitable for existing Geysers of Cap 25 Leters of copper /brash complete with nuts and bolts and rubber washer complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Bajaj, Havells, CG.

All as per Serial item No 5 here-in-before but Capacity 35 litres.

S & F stainless steel inner tank 18 gauge heavy duty in replacement of steel inner tank having pressure bearing capacity 4Kg/Cm.sq. suitable to the existing 25/35 ltrs capacity geysers. complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

S & F in replacement the thermostat for the geysers 25/35/50 Ltrs capacity as per site requirement complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Make DASS PASS/THETA/Bajaj.

S & F in replacement of safety valve/high pressure valve 15mm,as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge . ISI marked.

S & F in replacement heavy duty braided PVC connecting of PTMT pipe with brass adapters 450 mm long suitable for 15 mm dia pipe and fixing in position all as approved by Engineer-in-charge.Make :Havells/Prayg.

All as per Serial item No 14 here-in-before but 600 mm long.

S&F in replacement of 1100 Volt grade cable flexible 3 core PVC insulated PVC sheathed with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm ISI mark Make:-Havells, Anchor, RR Kable.

S & F in replacement suitable fastner not less than 100 mm long for geyser including making good to disturbed surface of wall and maching existing surface and finishing complete all as specified and as directed in Engr – in- Charge.

S & Fin replacement of 15 mm bore chromium plated bib taps cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle ,screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, fancy type 15 mm bore with GI fittings as required and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charege.

S & F replacement of 15 mm bore chromium plated angle cock cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle ,screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, fancy type 15 mm bore and with GI fittings as required fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charege.

Note : The total amount shall subject to adjustment of Credit for old materials as per Schedule of Credit.
