Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete.

Dismantling of old rusted chain link fencing complete.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No 09 above but except bricks.

M & L for Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete.

M & L for formwork to sides of rough finished surfaces of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to rough finsihed surfaces of sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-I, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 and n exc 250 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed.

M & L for precast cement concrete type B-I, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drain cover etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary formwork and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L as in repair providing precast cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered/decorated wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
