PROVN OF PLINTH/HARDSTANDING FOR RADARS AT VARIOUS MOF OP LOCATIONS IN LADAKH

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in dpeth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 250m but not exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting points, complete all as per specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling to camber by using earth compactor or power road roller of capacity exc 8 tonne and n exc 12 tonne including watering, levelling etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying and compacting 250 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course(GSB) grading as per Grade II as specified M&L for Table 400-12 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static wight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerance as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 and as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate as in hardstanding/flooring complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate deemed to include the cost of necessary fromwork required at site of work. Nothing extra will be paid for it.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm down graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate deemed to include the cost of necessary fromwork required at site of work. Nothing extra will be paid for it.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick sand cushion with clean sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness for laying paver block, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 100mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-40 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.
