Operation & Maintenance for Gandak Canal Monitoring System.

Five Years Operation & Maintenance and Comprehensive Warranty for Canal monitoring RTDAS system with Telemetry system as specified in Schedule of Requirement along with accessories, installed at designated locations within Gandak Canal, Uttar Pradesh after final acceptance of Canal monitoring RTDAS systems. This includes replacement of material & consumable as & when required at bidders cost. The cost of Communication for GSM & GPRS (SIM & internet charges) telemetry for data transmission shall be borne by bidder. The license fee as applicable for DOT for INSAT transmission shall be borne by purchaser. Minimum One Service Engineer shall be placed at State Data Center for Operation of Canal Monitoring RTDAS system with Telemetry for entire warranty period of 5 years.

Training of the purchaser's personnel at the supplier’s plant and/or/onsite in assembly, startup, operation, maintenance and/or repair of the supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, data logger configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies as per technical specification.
