Providing and Fixing Temporary Partition and Allied Works on the Roof Slab of PWD Divisional Office Building at St. Inez, Panaji, for Accommodation of the Association of Friends of Astronomy.

Providing and fixing partition wall comprising 75 mm 50 mm (3" 2") aluminium framework with vertical members spaced at 2.40 m c/c and horizontal members spaced at 0.90 m c/c, covered on both sides with 12 mm thick Bison Boards, including all necessary fixtures, fasteners, brackets, cutting, fitting, erection, and finishing complete in all respects, as per the drawings and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. All materials used shall be of approved make and first quality.

TWO TRACK SLIDING WINDOW (Economical):-;Providing & fixing Two Track sliding window in economical section made out of 60mm x 45mm x 2.5mm Upvc multi cavity track section & Shutter made out of 57mm x 31mm x2.5mm Upvc multi cavity section welded in corners with Glass beading & EPDM Gasket & 4mm clear glass with lock & rollers. The average weight of Two Track Sliding window (Economical) is 12.25 kg per sq mtr. These Upvc sections are tested by using BS 2782 & DIN 53459 test methods.

Providing and fixing 10 mm metal mesh securely fixed to the 75 mm 50 mm (3" 2") aluminium framework up to roof height, including all necessary fittings, fixtures, cutting, fabrication, welding, erection, and finishing complete in all respects, as per the drawings and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. All materials used shall be of approved make and first quality.

Providing and and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes of Johnson Somany Kajaria (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in colours and shades as specified laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete;600 x 600 mm light Shades

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium shutters in accordance with the specification annexed herewith including transportation, scaffolding and handling etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge: Fixed windows/ ventilators matching with 4.5 mm series shutters.;Plain glass

Providing & Fixing 35mm thick flush door shutter having first class teakwood lipping on edges of size 35mmx12mm including French polishing etc. with door frame of first class teakwood of cross section 0.14x0.063m including laminating shutter surface with 1mm thick laminate of shade chrome yellow on both sides with partly glass panel of 5mm thick clear glass fixed with teakwood lipping with semi itching design including necessary hardware such as SS butt hinges 125x70x4mm, SS matt finish cylindrical lock etc. complete as per the drawing. (35mm thick Block Board shall conform to IS1659-2004 & 1mm thick laminate of suede (SF) surface shall conform to IS 2046-1995. All the above materials shall be of first quality)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work complete.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) with superior quality ready mixed paint for wood work of approved brand & manufacture in all shades on new work to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick Bison Board encasing to conceal pipes, cables, conduits, etc., including providing necessary supporting framework, cutting, fitting, fastening, joint finishing, and all incidental works complete in all respects as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. All materials used shall be of approved make and first quality.
