Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum/gravel or screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by manual means - Water bound macadam Gr-I with Gravel screening. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. Per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) The rate including head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stgnation/flowing /seepage and also working under foul condition etc comperte as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc .complete - 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated Thermo Mechanical Treated bars (TISCON /VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL / JSW ) reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications Fe-415 or more

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work , using cement content as per approved design mix , including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement , including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete , improve workability without impairing strength and durability . Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg / cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is payable or recoverable separately. - All work upto plinth level

Providing and fixing pre moulded bitumen joint filler, for expansion joints including the cost of sealing compound and priming coat - 25 mm wide.

Making of bundwall with HDPE cement bags filled with stone dust/quary rubbish for discharge regulation, breach closing/ diversion arrangement. The rate includes head load the cost of empty HDPE bags, cost of stone dust, labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position of its purpose in or under foul poition ,in or underwater and / or liquid mud , including pumping out water as required .(as per D S R 2018 ) as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

providing , laying and jointing UPVC pipe of 250 mm dia (0.6Mpa) conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site , lowering to the trenches , laying to proper grade and alignment and placing in position for discharge through the drain during construction period as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Re-assembleing the UPVC pipe of 250mm dia UPVC pipe for diversion of necessary water at avarious location along the drain during execution. The rate shall includes charging pipe making arrangements for diversion of water etc., excluding the cost of pipe as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.dia by removing if form one location and ficing it at the continous strtechtes for the discharge from the cannal under foul condition.
