Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concret etc complete all as specified and directed including demolition of old unserviceable PCC.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed including preparation of surface.

Demolition of path /concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) .complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour only for repairing and rectification of faults in 16 / 32 mtr High mast lights by checking the control panel Trailing Cables, timers. contactors and replacing the defective electrical parts, Servicing and greasing to the winch gear wheel mechanisum for electrical and manual operation of the carrier along with replacement of dog clamps of the wire rope and replacment of the existing old unserviceable light fittings with controll gears with new LED light fitiings complete and fixing of the control panel for desired operation all as specified anddirected by the Eng-in-Charge Note :(I) Necessary Digital timers /Power contactors and LED light Fittings shall be measured under Relevant Items. Supplying, Errection & Fixing Steel Tubular swan neck pole ,(09 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate all as specified in IS including the followings:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the starting points. (b) Providing PCC (1: 4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations up to ground level all as specified and directed. (c) Providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including necessary form work for plinth block/collar above GL all as specified and directed. Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.10 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 , connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

NOTE :-(i)contractor should provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge.
