Supply erection and commissioning of LTDB of 400amp capacity including all accessoriesas one incomer of MCCB 400amp with 3 no. outgoing of 250 amp, one no. MCCB 160amp,and one no. MCB 63 amp for light loads like indicators,relays, meter, push button bus bar etc. suitable for operation of 3 no. motors of 60HP and one no motor of 30HP capacity as per as per approved technical specification of department

Providing and fixing of chemical earthing by digging diameter 200mm bore, complete with GI electrode with GI strip of suitable length of 400 ft with proper specification and proper wiring with all allied accessories and coke & salt etc along with name plate complete as per site requirement

Providing & laying LT Armoured PVC aluminium cable of size 300 sq. mm, 3 ½ core conforming to IS 7098 -1985 as per approved makes.

Providing & laying LT Armoured PVC aluminium cable of size 120 sq. mm, 3 ½ core conforming to IS 7098 -1985 as per approved makes.

Dry type Cast Resin Voltage Step Down System (X'mer, Shunt Capacitor Bank with reactor 200 kVar, VCB Panel I/O, 11 kv cable from Pole to VCB Panel & VCB to Transformer, LA (pole) with counter, LA(line), foundation for X'mer, Chemical Earthing (Neutral = 2 Nos. Body = 2 Nos., Pole & GO switch = 1 No., LA = 2 nos. VCB Panel = 2 Nos.), Stone pitching, fencing, Laying of HDPE pipe for cables, GO switch & Termination Kits) for 11/.433kV having Capacity of 0.5 MVA with transient Voltage protection system to protect the X'mer against High Voltage Surges of make Siemens / ABB / Schneider /GE.VCB and Panel should be outdoor type, But platform and fencing and cable to interconnect the Transformer and VCB Panel etc.thimbels, insulators must be done asper site requirement complete in all respect. The scope also includes Inspection by M&M/UHBVN.
