Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling work etc. and disposal of excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation, trenches,etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work,blasting work, hard blasting and chiselling etc. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc.then disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work for pipes upto all depth in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including balling or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring/ struting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/unusable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15cm. layer including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for acess to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:11/2:3(1cement:11/2 sand:3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

In foundation and plinth.

Walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.1 m thickness)attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Column, pillars, posts and struts upto floor two level. (Top).

Prov. Mild steel/Tor steel reinforced for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect. Tor steel.

Prov. and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(1cement:5sand:10 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall/ breast wall, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm.as per HPPWD specifications within all leads and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Prov. and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement:6sand:12graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.: a) Foundation and plinth.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust , mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting , strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 3 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3sand).

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

In beams, joists, channels, angles, tees, flats with connection plates or angle cleets as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

1.20 metre high fencing (as per approved design) 1.80 metres M.S. posts 3 metres centre to centre and M.S. struts with 9 horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS:278-1962 type I) weighing 9.38 kg/100 metres (minimum) strained and fixed to posts by tyting to 6mm galvanised steel bar nails/clips with G.I.binding wire (cost of RCC struts and straining bolts shall be paid for separtely).

Dressing of Bed and preparation of sub grade for lining work in :-

Side slopes.

Cement concrete lining 15cm. thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:3:6.

Hand mixed concrete lining in bed.

Hand mixed concrete lining on side slopes.

Laying and jointing high density polyethene pipes for use of buried water mains and services duly ISI marked (IS: 4984-1995 as amended upto date in the following grades of material, pressure rating and nominal dia. Material grade PE-80 NP-6 including all leads and lifts at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
