Tender for demolitions works of RBI.

Providing complete demolition of existing buildings measured on built-up area basis, including RCC structural members such as slabs, beams, columns, walls, brickwork, flooring, plaster, doors, windows, steel members, electrical wiring, fixtures and all associated components, by mechanical/manual means without use of explosives, complete in all respects, including disconnection of all services, erection of necessary barricading, safety arrangements, dust suppression measures (water sprinkling/anti-smog measures), sorting and salvaging of serviceable and unserviceable materials, loading, transportation and disposal of all debris and C&D waste to approved dumping grounds as per local authority norms, and clearing, leveling and dressing of site up to required levels including removal of foundations up to specified depth below ground level, in accordance with CPWD specifications, NGT guidelines and directions of Engineer-in-Charge; all dismantled materials (serviceable and unserviceable) shall become the property of the contractor on “as is where is” basis and shall be taken away from site, and the quoted rate shall be deemed to include buy-back value of such materials as per tender conditions, and the rate shall be inclusive of all labour, machinery, tools & tackles, permissions, statutory compliances, safety provisions, and all incidental works required for complete execution of work as described in tender documents. (Inclusive of GST) (Quoted amount will be paid to RBI against demolition of Building & Buyback of Materials).
