Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB TP 415 volts with microprocessor 50 Hz 500 Amps with breaking capacity 50 kA complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Legrand Cat Part No.422017 or equivalent as per list of makes.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB TP 415 volts 50 Hz 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 kA complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Legrand Cat Part No.420309 or equivalent as per list of makes.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 3 pole 415 volts 50 Hz 350 Amps adjustable type with breaking capacity 36 kA complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Legrand Cat Part No.422001 or equivalent as per list of makes.

M&L pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green with and including one galvanized mild steel sprindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for GI stay assembly set comprising of 16mm dia 380mm iron stay bow 1800mm long stay rod 20 mm dia (300 x300)mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble GI stay wire 7/8 SWG of required length, including loop insulator, earth work and PCC complete with accessories as shown in Electrical plate No.1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor from overhead lines any size complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for ACSR conductor any size for LT over head line including stringing and fixing on pole and binding etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Size of conductor shall be as per site requirement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving built in cement concrete (unreinforced) n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggaregate as in kerbs/coping /bed plates and like including weathering. slightly rounded or chamfered complete with necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggaregate as in kerbs/coping /bed plates and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered complete with necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/dismantling LT PCC/steel tubular poles, studs, insulator including V clamp, cross arms, earth wire support etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing stay assembly from existing HT overhead and providing diagonal pole stay from other side of the same pole, diagonal pole stay made by using HT PCC pole- 11 mtr, Diagonal pole stay fixing at opposite dim of the conductor pulling force / conductor load etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All required materials such as HT PCC pole brackets, clamp, nuts, bolts etc shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for prestressed concrete pole 11.0 mtr long, 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 and restringing the OH line on the pole by fixing studs, insulators, including V clamp, cross arms, earth wire, support etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work, PCC work, studs, insulator, clamp, cross arm, earthwire support shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified of type 410 SP-31 ( 9.00 metres long) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work, PCC work, studs, insulator, clamp, cross arm, earthwire support shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Restringing of ACSR over head conductor including GI wire of any size / type on LT overhead line with the help of rope/ line wise and tightening the conductor to permissible sag, including aluminium tape/ aluminium wire complete with and including trimming/ cutting the tree branches not more than 150mm upto the clearance of two metre alround of OH line complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for GI earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode (60cm x 60cm) x6 mm buried directly in ground verticvally to size of depth not less than (0.90x 0.60)m x 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate connected to galvanised earth strip of size (32 x6) mm, 7.5 mtr long by means of brazing nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers, testing of completion (drawn in earth lead protection pipe light gade GI of size 40 mm dia) by means brazing at both edges with vertical plane of electrode all as shown in plate No 3 of SSR Part - I connected to earthing lead with main switch/main control board, filling with charcoal dust 200 Kg, and common salt 100 Kg, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, perforated watering pipe, funnel with wire mesh, earth lead protection pipe light grade 20mm dia, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1 (for even finish on both the faces) and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1, (450 x450)mm x50 mm thick with 6 mm dia CTD bars 150 mm c/c with 2 Nos of handles of 10 mm dia steel rod complete all as specified and as directed and testing on completion and connected to equipment with lugs and screw nuts etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) 7.5 RM GI earth wire deemed to be included in quoted rates beyond 7.5 Rm wire shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth resistance of earth pit should be not more than 02 Ohms on testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (iii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to included salt & Charcoal upto & above 450 mm top of GI Plate.Note : iv) Earthing test must be carried out in presence of Engr-in-Charge/JE E&M. v) The earthing result not more than 2 Ohms or disered earth resistance value. vi) Megger required for testing will be be provided at site by the contractor. vii) Contractor shall submit earth resistance testing report before submission of RAR.

M&L for disconnecting of LT out door/indoor panel board of any size in Dipatoli Mil Stn by taking proper electric shut down and servicing of LT Panel by Skilled Electric service Engineer, cleaning the indoor surface, removing dust particles by using high speed blower, tightening nut, bolts, washer etc and checking all control wire and opening aluminium/Copper cables from MCCBs/Main switches/Bus Bar and cutting of unserviceable/Burnt out/overheated cable / thimbles etc and re- fixing of new aluminium/Copper thimbles with help of crampting tool /Cable Gland /Nut, Bolts, Washer etc as per site requirement, insulation of all necked wires as per existing colour code, re-fixing/re-assembling as per existing connection complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Cost of any addition/alteration, welding, jointing work etc required shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) All consumable items such as Alu/Copper thimbles/Cable Glands, nut, bolts, washer etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Cutting machine or any other T&P required for the same shall be arranged by the contractor at no extra cost.

M&L for single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 Volts grade of size 50 Sqmm conforming to IS:94 (Red Colour) including suitable size of copper thimbles fixed by cramping tools complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 Volts grade of size 50 Sqmm conforming to IS:94 (Yellow Colour) including suitable size of copper thimbles fixed by cramping tools complete all as specified and as directed.
