Supply of inverter scroll compressor with variable refrigerant flow system with R410A connected with multi-indoor unit. Outdoor unit shall be factory assembled waterproof casing constructed from heavy gauge mild steel penal with epoxy coated painting the unit shall be complete factory wired & tested with necessary controls. The compressor fins shall be covered with anti-corrosion resin. Unit shall be equipped with oil recovery system to ensure stable operation with along refrigerant piping. VRF Outdoor Unit with the Capacity of 8.0 HP
Supply of 4 Way cassette unit with the capacity of 1.0 TR

Supply of Y-Refnet joint for refrigerant
SITC of seam less and eddy current tested hard drawn copper pipe insulated refrigerant piping. The insulation shell be closed cell elastomeric nitril rubber in sleeve using 19mm for supply and return piping. The insulation shell be class O the refrigerant piping shall be include all couplings and elbow etc. PVC sleeve to be provided wherever the copper pipe passing through walls. The refrigerant pipe shall be tested at 550 PSIG with nitrogen. Acetylene gas shall be used for brazing and low pressure nitrogen passed through pipe to removed carbon deposit .
SITC of drain pipe: Rigid UPVC drain pipe with 6mm Nitril rubber insulation complete with fitting , U trap etc & as specified to the nearest toilet with required civil work & finishing the same.
Electrical Cabling for VRF system SITC of communication between indoor and outdoor unit (3core x1.5sqmmm cu wire) laid in conduct.
Outdoor Fabricated MS stand SITC of M.S. Epoxy painted table stand for condensing unit with vibration isolator, grouting for complete platform type stand for outdoor unit.
Installation, testing commissioning with pressurized testing & vacuumizing to recommended manufacture specification, pressure testing, nitrogen flushing of air conditioning system of VRF/VRV Indoor and outdoor units with inverter compressor.
