M & L for provn of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane with PCC tiles after taking down existing treatment and removal of waste materils complete all as given below :- (a) Taking down entire existing water proofing treatment on roof and cleaning the roof slab top all as specified and directed. (b) M & L for plastering 10mm in CM 1:4 using 100% course sand on roof including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement. (c) Applying a coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.25 Iitres/sqm and allow to dry. (d) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm. (e) Applying and laying polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3kg/sqm. (f) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20kg/sqm. (g) M & L for cement concrete tiles 250 x 250 x 20 mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors/terraces over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete allas specified and directed.

M & L for provn of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane after taking down existing treatment and removal of waste materils complete all as given below :- (a) Taking down entire existing water proofing treatment on roof and cleaning the roof slab top all as specified and directed. M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of roof, parapet, (Horizontal and vertical portion complete) including cleaning the surface by using wire brush/pressure hose and applying high performance polyurethane liquid membrane roof casting cold applied in two coats @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm/2 Coats spray/brush applied with an elongation of 300% to 700% and tensile strength of not less than 3N/Sqmm as per ASTM D412 and ASTM D2370, crack bridging ability of 3.5 mm as per ASTM C 1305, shore a hardness of not less than 60as ASTM D 2240. The item also includes a coat of epoxy prime applied @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm and a geotextile of 40 GSM to be applied over first coat while first coat is still wet complete as per manufacturer's instructions and sound engineering practice complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old plaster/loose concrete work on brick/concrete face of chazza/facia/column/beam/RCC parapet railing etc and providing 15mm to 25mm thick polymerized cement ready mix plaster of compressive strength 20.45 Mpa(28 days) of material on brick wall/concrete face of chazza/facia/column/beam etc finished even and smooth including necessary form work and scaffolding upto four storey of bldg complete all as speicified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated galvanised Iron based plain steel sheeting 0.5 mm thick, with side lap and end lap of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPA ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing or in roof covering fixed with self taping screws (length & girth as fixed) including dismantling asbestos cement ridge complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw to wall, fixed with including dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.
