Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge- 150 mm nominal size dia

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell of: 150 mm dia

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete.150 mm clamp

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I)-150 mm dia

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge : External work : 50 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

SITC of submersible pump set capable of 12000-14400 LPH discharge at 78-98 Meters Head having Motor rating of 7.5HP, 2900 RPM suitable to operate on 415V±10%, 50Hz AC supply, suction/delivery pipe -50/50mm, complete with activities like lowering of pump set & submersible flat cable into the borewell using suitable chain pully & tripod, up to the depth between 80-120 mtr. in the existing 150 mm dia bore well i/c providing & fixing necessary gasket, Nut & Bolt for connection of pipe, interconnection etc. as required.

SITC of Monoblock pumpset with mechanical seal, High grade brass impeller, carbon steel shaft connected to a TEFC induction motor of suitable rating to operate on 400 volt, 50 hz, 3 phase supply complete with vibration isolators, base plate, civil foundation and making connection with existing pipe line providing switable gate valves,Tee ,extra pipe etc as required. a) Capacity- 5HP, Head- 6.0 to 16.0 mtrs, Flow rate- 32.8 to 12.5 LPS.

Supply of Monoblock pumpset with mechanical seal, High grade brass impeller, carbon steel shaft connected to a TEFC induction motor of suitable rating to operate on 400 volt, 50 hz, 3 phase supply complete as required. a) Capacity- 5HP, Head-20 to 36 mtrs, Flow rate- 8.5 to 5.8 LPS.

Supply and fixing of 50 mm dia size gun metal non return valve in discharge line of pumping set complete with all accessories, flanges and components complete as per actual site requirements.

SITC of 50 mm dia size "B" class GI pipe having GI flanges at both the ends of pipe duly threaded & welded in 3mtr length of approved make.

Supply and fixing of Star delta starter with encloser along with all accessories suitable for 7.5/10.0 HP submersible pumpset.

Supply of 3 core x 4 sq.mm sizes copper conductor, PVC insulated & PVC sheathed flat weather proof submersible cable of 1.1 KV grade and confirming to IS:694-1990 upto date ammendments etc as required.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel wire rope of 8 mm dia. complete with shackles for fixing with submersible pump set during lifting and lowering to avoid slippage, complete as reqd.
