Providing and fixing of L&T / Havells make DOL starter of 10 HP complete with main incomer MCB , Amperrmeter, Voltmeter etc all material properly assembled in a cubical MS Angel sheet panel duly powder coated as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing copper submersible insulated armored cable 2.5 mm2 or suitable size and capacity to and all other electrical equipment as per IS 1554(P-I) 1988 or latest amendment of Siemens/ Gloster/ National/ EICO/ Grandly / Havells make complete in all respects.

Supply and fixing rope wire 4 mm2 dia suitable to wear the weight of submersible motor pumps set and G.I pipe etc complete in all respects.

Supply and fixing of supporting clamps of suitable size to weir the weight of submersible pump set complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing M.S sheet steel fabricated floor mounted closed(Almirah type) switch board including angle iron posts of suitable height and size ISA 40x40x6mm duly painted with steel sheet of 16 gauge comprising capable of mounting the accessories with all materials connections complete in all respects.

P/F double flanged suction, delivery pipe & common header considering site requirements, NPSH required & available & common header having area equal to two times the area of delivery branch of pump including tapers,flanges,rubber gaskets 3mm thick as per BIS-2712-1978 nuts & bolts as per 1364-1983 & special up to 5 mtrs. away from the outer wall of pump house as per layout drawings approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The pipes shall be capable of withstanding minimum 1.5 times the total presure indicated in item no. 1 (a) or as specified in terms & conditions whichever is more. The size of suction pipe shall be one or two sizes larger than the suction size of pump such that valocity of flow in suction pipe is not more than 2.50 mtr/sec & delivery pipe shall be of size one size larger than nominal delivery size of pump.i/c cost of carriage of material in all leads & lifts & as directed by Engineer -Inchage.
