REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE FILTERS AND ALLIED WORKS FOR CENTRIFUGAL CHILLED WORKS FOR CENTRIFUGAL CHILLED AIR CONDITIONING PLANT 3X450 TON CAPACITY IN PHASE II BLDG AT MH KIRKEE UNDER GE(MH AND RH) KHADKI

Carrying out annual maintenance of 450 TR water chiller plant by approved OMC (original manufacturing company i.e DUNHAM-BUSH) including following routine work .

i) Inspecting the machine 3 times a year in equal quarters. During this inspection the following work will be carried out: ii) Checking the refrigeration system iii) Checking the operation of controls iv) Checking of microprocessor logic operation v) Attending to service calls for trouble diagnosis apart from scheduled quarterly visits. vi) Reporting to you the condition of machine at the time of inspection and attending the same by overhauling compressor / replacing components, if found necessary (On extra chargeable basis) vii) Checking the system for any leaks and rectification of leaks. (if found Leakage, repair on chargeable basis) viii) Taking set of readings and evaluating to ensure satisfactory performance of the plant ix) Spares will be replaced on extra chargeable basis in case required. x) Informing the operating personnel of changes or adjustments made and recommending to them improvements in trouble free operation of the plant xi) Imparting operational training to your operating staff at the beginning of contract

Supply and replace the following defective / worn out spares / controls for the chiller Plant all as specified and as directed.

(i) Pressure transducer - Low presure / High Pressure / Oil pressure up to 10 Kg / cm2

(ii) Temperature sensor suitable for the chiller unit. Make : Dun-ham-bush/ Kirloskar/Blue Star

(iii) Pressure relief valve

M & L for descaling of complete condenser units for central/ package type AC plant of capacity 450 TR by means of adding descaling chemical solution or equivalent in the cooling tower sump of required quantity and circulating the liquid to remove the scales inside the pipes and removing side covers of condenser, cleaning the water tubes by scrubbing with nylon brushes and flusing with fresh water, re fixing the covers, Inlet and out let pipes including replacement of neoprene rubber gasket etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Repairing /servicing and overhauling the centrifugal pump by dismantling the pump coupled with induction motor, opening the pump, inspecting for defects and replacing the worn out parts like gland bush, bearings, gland bolts and nuts,gland packing, gasket, water seal etc including repairs to pump shaft by remetalling, grinding, polishing and reassembling the same and replacing the rusted nuts, bolts, washers etc and coupling with motor testing complete for the following capacity of pump all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(a) Primary chillar pump 20 HP

(b) Secondary chillar Pump 40 HP

(c) Condenser Pump 30 HP

M & L for taking out the centrifugal pump motor and transporting to work shop , split opeing the motor removing the u/s burnt winding wire, cleaning the slots, re winding with super enameled copper conductor wire of suitable size including insulating materials, varnishing and drying and reassembling and transporting back to site , coupling with pump testing and commissioning all as directed for the following capacities of motors : -

(a) Primary chillar Motor 20 HP

(b) Secondary chillar Motor 40 HP

(c) Condenser Motor 30 HP

(d) Blower Motor of Cap 5 HP to 7.5 HP

(e) Blower Motor of Cap 3 HP

Dismantling the covers of cooling tower and the cooling fan blades from the position, electrical connections and taking down the cooling tower motor of capacity 10 HP, split opening the motor, removing the burnt out winding, cleaning the slots re winding with super enameled copper conductor wire of suitable size including insulating materials, varnishing and drying and reassembling and transporting back to site and testing on commissioning all as directed by Engineer -in Charge.

Supply and fix cooling tower fins as per existing size and shape during all as specified and directed

Descaling of cooling tower by dismantling the cooling tower fins removing the scales in the fins, sump by scrubbing with wire / nylon brush and refixing the fins in position including replacing the float valve for supply water line, painting the steel/wooden surfaces with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of zinc oxide primer and testing the cooling tower all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace the worn out 'V' belts of blower motor.

Supply and fill Gas R-134 a in cylinder for charging / topping up whenever required.

Material and Labour for leak testing of gas by evacaveting the gas by suitable means and filling with nitrogen gas for 24 hours rectifying the leakages with and incuding required material / brazing etc. and refilling gas testing chiller all specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of double fitted polymer fabric HDPE fresh air filter(Filter class-G3 as per EN 779) washable/cleanable type having efficiency 95% to 99% down to particle size of 10 micron, fabricated out of CRCA sheet metal duly painted with two coat of grey hammer tone spray painted over two coats of red oxide primer, with lifting handle, Box/flanged type, aluminium spacer etc, of all as specified by engr-in-charge of following sizes :-

Supply and replace in repairs butter fly valve of dia 100mm suitable for condensing /chiller water line with ISI marked including jointing with gasket ,nut,bolts washer all as specified by Engr-in- charge

Supply and fix in replace in repairs butter fly valve of dia 125mm suitable for condensing /chiller water line with ISI marked including jointing with proper gasket ,nut,bolts washer all as specified by Engr-in- charge

Supply and replace in repairs butter fly valve of dia 150 mm suitable for condensing /chiller water line with ISI marked including jointing with proper gasket ,nut,bolts washerall as specified by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fix in replacement NRV of dia 250 mm suitable for condensing /chiller water line with ISI marked including jointing with proper gasket ,nut,bolts washerall as specified by Engr-in- charge

Supply and fill compressor oil for centrifugal compressor for toping up / replacement as required and all as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of water pressure gauge as per existing.

Supply& fixing in replacement of Temp gauge as per existing.

S&F in replacement of following ball bearing (NDE/DE) suitable for cooling tower motor ,chillar motor,Blower motor,condenser motor etc removing of existing unserviceable bearing of any type or make all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of over load relay with inbuilt single phase protection of following capacities

Supply and replace the strip heaters of capacity 3 KW / strip all as specified and as directed.

Serviceing of existing installed VFD as per manufacturer's standard and testing complete as per specified and directed.

Supply and fix pully including taking down old unserviceable / damaged pully along with necessary fabrication to shaft for filling wear out portion and turning complete, including making allinment, quotated rate includes transportation, hardware & T&P as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

Quarterly Greasing of AHU's all pedstal bearing as per IS Standard including cleaning of old unserviceable grease with help of grease gun up to topping up, rate should quotated including price of grease and T& P

Supply and Replacement AHU blower DIDW fan blower having out velocity not exceeding S.P.(mm/wg) 50-60 m/s energy effincent fan with double inlet , double with forward or backward curved impeller for high static pressure mounted on aluminum extended side rail base frame, existing AHU of following

Painting of 450 TR capacity existing cooling tower with existing color all as per directed and specified

Descaling of cooling tower makeup tank by dismantling the strainer removing the scales in the tank, sump by scrubbing with wire / nylon brush and refixing the strainer position including replacing the float valve for supply water line, painting the steel/wooden surfaces with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of zinc oxide primer and testing the cooling tower all as specified and as directed.

Repairing /servicing and overhauling the Pan type humidifier are closed type & Connected to supply air duct Capacity upto 3 KW to 6 KW all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replacement and testing of GM gate/ globe valve heavy duty conferming to IS-778 with iron wheel head screwed both end for 40 mm or size as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace three way mixing /modulating valve (Actuator) of diameter as per existing model No CN72220A2007 / CN7510A2001 proportional linear type, motorised mixing valve BS 4540 PN-10 -PN 40 having manual over ride facility with proportional thermostat/Humidity sensor and interconnecction wiring with 1.5 sq mm copper conductor multi core cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB of following capacities:-

(a)TP 25 To 63 AMP.415V,50 Hz,10 KA C curve

(b) 6A to 32 Amp ,SP,240V,50Hz,10 KA C curve

Supply Erecrtion testing and commissioning in repair O closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber with aluminum foil laminated on oneside, having thermal Temperaturte, of 20 c as per EN 12667, moisture diffusion resistance factor or u Value of minium 7000 for base insulation material without the foil as per EN 12086, fire performance such that it passes Class 1 as per BS476 Part 7 for surface spread of flame and also fire performance of V0, HB as per UL 94, 1996, density without the foil between 40 to 55 KG/ Cum. the insulation material shall be FM ( factory Mutual) USA approved and dust & fiber free. the Aluminium foil shall be 60 microns thick and its weight shall be 193 gms as per EN ISO 2286-2, tensile strength 90 N/ 15 mm as per EN ISO 527-3 with elongation>10% as per EN ISO 527-3. All complete as specified in particular specification 19 mm thick thermal insulation as directed.

Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of L shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed including all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriage bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete with GI sheet of thickness 22 gauge complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of L shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed including all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriage bolt, gasket and apropriate sealent on longitudinal joints etc complete with GI sheet of thickness 24 gauge complete all as specified & directed.

S & F VFD for motor as per existing parameters and suitable for 40 HP motor along with programme setting recommanded by OEM (Dun Ham Bush) complete all as specified and directed

Repair to Microprocessor based control panel display unit for 450 TR AC chiller unit including spare parts

Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates,grills, gratings, riveting, etc conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Repair and replacement of old unserveacble AHU doors of any size door double skin pannel with pressure injected CFC & HCFC free PUF having 'K' value of 0.02 W/C/m & dinsity of 40 kg/ms pre coated, pre plasticized , galvanized outer and inner skin 0.06mm thick, air tight casing using gasket and self adhesiv,PVC Nylon hinges, passage handels view port and marine lamp ,limit switch etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
