M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (ISI marked) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc and including necessary caffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick (ISI marked) and 600mm width of an ecofriendly colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/vally, fixed with self tapping screws etc and including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tubular framed steel trusses (all as per pattern of existing dismantled trusses) made out of MS medium grade tube (ERW or induction butt welded ) conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 quality 'A', including welding of distance pieces, cleats, special shaped washer etc. and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) including dismantling old brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of steel & iron work of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-O (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in roof kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges at the junction of roofing to vertical surface including demolition of existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') including demolition of existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws in ceiling flat G.I. wire mesh (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layers (5mm thick in CM 1:4 over 10mm thick in CM 1:6) on brick work and concrete surfaces of wall, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, mixing and including WPC @ 200ml/bag of cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering or plastering work in CM 1:3 on fascia or edging of chajjas, ceiling and roof projections etc., and finishing the surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distamper over a coat of chalk whitening primer,at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down roof trusses coupled rafters or trussed beams, at any height exc.4 mtr but n.exc. 8 mtr in length, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section in unframed work, in any position,at any height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for fixing to trusses complete all as specified and directed.
