Supply of 11 kV, 3 core, 300 sq.mm, aluminum XLPE armoured UG cable (SC rating of cable in kA-28.3 kA and SC rating of armour in kA-15kA)

Supply, installation , laying, commissioning, testing of 11 kV 3 core, 1 run, 300 sq.mm, aluminium, XLPE insulation armoured (extruded type) UG cable in HDD method with HDPE pipe (160mm dia, PN8 PE80) for laying of individual run of UG cable at main road and unaccessable places.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : 300 sq. mm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 50 mm X 6 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required

Supply of WPB 160 X 152 (11 mtr long 30.44 kG /mtr) pole

Supplying of two lengths (2.3m) of top channel channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11 mtr height 11 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats (2.36 kg per mtr, 6 nos. 0.28m ) welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required. (Without AB switch)

Supplying of two lengths (3m) of top channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11 mtr height 11 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats (2.36 kg per mtr, 6 nos. 0.28m ) welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of two lengths (3.25m) of top channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 13 mtr height 11 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats (2.36 kg per mtr, 6 nos. 0.28m ) welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of GI barbed wire anticlambing device 3 kg per support with back clamp 25 X 3 MM FLAT 0.59KG/Mtr flat of 0.510 mtr length 4 nos

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator polymer complete pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator (B&S) 90 KN polymer for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 11 KV 400 Amp , 3 pole , 50 hz GOAB switch with nuts bolts, down rod, drill hole, gas cutting and necessary connection.

Supplying and erection of AB switch mounting channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 4.8 mm (7.14 kg per metre) 2 nos. 3m long, side support channel 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) 2 nos. 0.35m long, channel support for down pipe 75 mm X 40 mm X 4.8 mm (7.14 kg per metre) 1 no. 0.8m long at pole/structure for installation of one nos GOAB Switch with necessary arrangement.

Supplying of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) 0.306m long 2 nos., pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flat iron clamps (2.36 kg per mtr, 4 nos. 0.28m ) welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 11 mtr height 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of Double pole belting G.I. Channel 75 mm X 40 mm X 4.8 mm 1.66 mtr long and bracing members fabricated out of four members of G.I. angle iron 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm 2.671 mtr long, complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of double pole belting G.I. Channel 75 mm X 40 mm X 4.8 mm 3 mtr long and bracing members fabricated out of four members of G.I. angle iron 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm 3.512 mtr long, complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having five members fabricated out of double pole belting G.I. Channel 75 mm X 40 mm X 4.8 mm 1.96 mtr long and bracing members fabricated out of four members of G.I. angle iron 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm 3.432 mtr long, complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supply of WPB 160 X 152 (13 mtr long 30.44 kG /mtr) pole

Supply and erection of GI pipe of dia 150 mm, class- B (8 mtr X 8 nos )
