Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc, including excavation for sockets, depth upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated materials, returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming, watering etc., stacking serviceable material for measurements and disposal of unserviceable material as directed, within a lead of 50m - ordinary rock - pipes,cables etc. exceeding 80mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand).

cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement - 20mm cement plaster.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4fine sand).

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Dismantling manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - bituminous road.

Providing and fixing on wall / column face unplasticed - PVC soil and waste pipes (type - B) conforming to IS : 13592- 1992 including jointing with seal ring conformation to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - single socked pipes -110mm diametre.

Providing and fixing on wall face / column face unplasticised - PVC mould fittings / accessories for unplasticisd - PVC soil and waste pipes conforming to IS : 14735 - 1999 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - bend 110 mm.

Providing and fixing S.W.intercepting trap in manholes with stiff mixture of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement : 1 fine sand) including testing of joints etc.complete - 150 mm dia.

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness.

Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipes(Finolex / jain / Supreme / Truebore / Nandi) (0.4 Mpa)conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site, lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment,including cost of solvent cement, excluding UPVC specials such as bends,tees, threaded pieces, couplers, reducer, endcaps etc., complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 160mm dia.

Cutting holes upto 30 x 30 cm in walls including making good the same with bricks of class designation 35.

Cutting holes upto 15x15 cm in R.C.C. floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the holes after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof.

Removal of sludge from the septic tank and disposal of the same through the sewage tanker in safe location with an average lead of 10km. The rate to include the cost of labour charge for removing and relaying of cover slab laid over the septic tank mixing of Ferro Sulphate in to the septic tank for Through mechanical device and disposal of the same including hire charge for sewage tanker etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
