Demolition of cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

S & F framed work such as doors or gates of angle other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. completes, drilled fro fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging: also festering and fixing complete confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E=250 quality A-).

S&F Structural steel works as roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A, Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. Complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240, Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment as in gusset plate conforming ot Fe- 410-W-(Gde-E-250) quality A etc complete.

S&F 1mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates, Valley gutter and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

Dismantaling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
