Supplying, fabricating, transporting, hoisting and fixing in position of Sculputure as per approval, free from cracks, lines stains and even in shade for each element. The work shall be carried out as per approved drawings processes including carving (manual/ by machine), ornamental work, traditional work, figure work (any type, any size), CNC cutting, moulding etc. The sculpture to be securely fixed in line, level and plumb over a suitable platform in all respect with the use of brass clamps, pins, dowels, cement slurry with matching pigment and Epoxy of Akemi Germany, Ardex Endura, MYK laticrete or approved make to withstand all weather conditions as required to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating, transporting, hoisting and fixing in position good quality of 70 mm White sandstone in various elements for all levels. Stone shall be free from cracks, lines stains and even in shade for each element. The The stone shall be fine grained or buff-colored as per approved sample (locally available). The work shall be carried out as per attached drawings with different process of i.e carving (manual/ by machine), ornamental work, traditional work, figure work (any type, any size), CNC cutting, moulding. The carving and molding work shall be of very good quality. The stones to be fixed in line, level and plumb in all respect with the use and incl. the cost of of brass clamps, pins, dowels, cement slurry with matching pigment and Epoxy of Akemi Germany, Ardex Endura, MYK laticrete or approved make as required and as approved by the Architects.

Providing and Displaying Bismarckia Palm 115 to 180 cm ht., well developed 12 and above good color fresh and healthy leaves in 40 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M. S. tree guard 45 cm square in plan, height 1.20 metre above ground level and 0.40 metre below ground level. The vertical members shall consist of four nos. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm, 1.6 m long, one at each corner and 8 nos flat iron of size 25x3 mm, 1.2 m long. The vertical mambers shall be welded to 4 nos. 25x6 mm M. S. flats placed horizontally around the vertical member of the cage. One name plate of 1mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250x100 mm shall be welded to the tree guard near the middle height and lettered CPWD/ PWD/ any other approved name. The tree guard shall be fixed to the ground by making suitable holes and by embedding four corners leg in the ground, including refilling the earth, compaction etc. complete. The tree guard shall be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer, complete in all respect.
