Proviing/Fixing/Commissioining/Testing of 200 KVA outdoor type Three Phase Oil immersed 11KV/433-250V, 50Hz Alumunium wound energy effiecient distribution Transformer of energy efficiently level 2 - 3 star.

Proviing/Fixing of channel iron 100mm x 50mm x 6mm (9.56 kg/mtr)8ft long cross arm including,bolts, nuts and washers and necessary clamps for insulator pins having base coat of red oxide and two coats of silver white paint as required.

Providing/Fising o channel iron 100mm x 50mm x 6mm (9.56 kg/mtr) 10.5 ft long cross arm complete with 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete iron with complete 50mm x 6mm MS flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including drilling of holes for insulator pins having base coat of red oxide and two coatsof silver white paint as required.

Providing/Fixing of galvanized anti-climbing devices on HT poles at height mtr. Above round level. (barbed wire 3.5 kg) with 4 No.'s MS clamps for each plate

Providing/Fixing of ganger plates of 250mm x 200mm made of mild steel at least 2mm thick and vitreous enamled white on both sides with inscriptions in single red colour on front side as required on HT poles at a height of 2.5 mtr.s above ground level.

Supply installation testing & commissioining of maintenance free hot deep galvanized on 250 microns GI earthing system with 10 ft. long, 80mm dia & 30mm wall thickness (pipes in pipes with hat terminal) technology with 2 bag of electron spec 3 mtr length x 80mm dia , 2.96mm thick, 250 micron electode thickness 3.0mm ISI marked class B hot dip galvanized 250 microns terminal size should be 40x 10mm thick and also providing machinery enclosure with cover plates having locking arrangements 7 water piping of 2.7 mtr long.

Providing/Fixing of 25mm x 6mm GI strip including bobin, insulators, connections , terminals with GI nut, bolt spring washers, clamps etc., as required

Providing/Fixing / Testing & commisioining of Tri vector with desired CT/PT coils on HT side includin all accessories for su station & all other formalities with PDD tobe done by the contractor includin inpection etc., as required (GR)

Providing/Fixing of 185 Sqm 3.5 core armoured cabe, PVC sheated, steel armoured cable 0.75 below ground including digging oftrench 0.35 mtr. Wide o.75 mtr dpth, providing of double wall corrugated (DWC) 75mm made of HDPE material pipe for cable protection .

Height cap on top with base coat painting of red oxide and two coats of silver white paint. The execution of pole pit up to 5 ft. deep & refilling the same after erection of pole cement bottoming of steel tubuar pole, 2'x2'x6' in the ration of 1:3:6 mix (1cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded aggregate stone 40mm nominal size) the fundation block shall be laid 5' below ground level and 1' above gound level with surface with 1mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)
